I am pleasantly surprised!This is a chain and I usually avoid them but I must say I will come back.They have parking and that is always a positive for me !The place is large and the lighting is pretty romantic and soft, the tables are comfortable and they have tvs all over to keep the boys entertained with the latest games playing.The server was friendly and she knew how to navegante the menu, she was great at upselling items while not being pushy. She was a great server to be honest.MARGARITA FLIGHT- I ordered this to try their variety of margarita flavors, the flight was of a great size for me and there was plenty of booze in the drinks, something I don't experience often in chain restaurants. I must say that it was a ok choice but even though all of them were pretty good, the winner for me was the boba peach margarita, I wanna come back there just so I can get that own full size.FRIED CALAMARI- it is a large portion and the sauces were pretty good, the calamari was not as crispy and a lot of it was legs, but the overall taste was goodTRIO DIP - the dips were guacamole, queso and artichoke. I must say that all of them were good but the artichoke dip won my heart, I am sure that next time it will be the only dip I'll get, the chips were ok but I wish there was another choice of item, maybe vegetables just like the ones that come with wings would be nice.AHI TUNA SALAD- where to begin on this one. This is a nice and large portion, without the appetizers this in its own is enough for myself and another person. The salad itself was good and the dressing was very yummy. Now this salad was ok but had a bit of issues for me. There was way too many red peppers, these peppers are rich in flavor so it kind of hijacked the salad flavor a lot, if there were less of them I think it would have been better, NOW the star of the dish. The tuna itself was a huge disappointment. The amount of tuna was already not optimal for me, but what actually was the most disappointing part was the taste. It tasted very fishy. Almost like I was eating a fish market. It was not great but we talked to the server and in no time the manager came by to offer another choice, I was full from appetizers so I decided to just give up on the salad all together but my company asked to see the menu, it never came....It was fine in the end for us as the appetizers were enough. We were not upset or anything, we were actually happy that they took the salads off the bill and were attentive to try to make it right.Overall I can say that for me the experience was amazing and I will come back for sure!

If I could give this review zero stars, I would this place is lack of management is unbelievable unrealistic estimated time for pick up of one simple combo. Employees have a very unprofessional tone of response They should refer customer complaints to management, and they refuse If I come back to this circus operation, it would be a miracle This is not a friendly place to come to. You got better service at a junkyard.

Today was the first time that I went to this restaurant and was greeted with the most nastiest welcome. The young African American lady with orange hair proceeded to sit us at a table and when we told her we wanted to sit elsewhere she took the menus and slammed in on the table and said “You guys can take your menus and sit “wherever you want.. so we went somewhere else and sat down, then she comes back after two mins and said.. “I’m sorry you guys can’t sit there” and I told her you should’ve been clear in the beginning where we can and can’t sit.. she goes “Well I’m telling you now”.. like are serious?!!! First and last time I will ever come here. Don’t come here guys, the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!

I visited this establishment on 3/12/24 in the evening. The service was below average. It took 17 minutes for our order to be taken. Our appetizer came out quick but we waited for our drinks and appetizer plates for 10 minutes. The main meal would arrive 30 minutes after we finished our appetizer. Still feeling generous, my heart was set on leaving a decent tip. The check was brought to me, but 14 minutes went by before I had to flag another waiter to cash me out. At that point, I decided not to leave a tip, so I didn’t. Once we were done My wife and I walked towards the door. The waiter stopped me because I signed my copy of the bill and not his, honest mistake. He then took the liberty to question the lack of a tip. For real dude, my wife and I had to wait for EVERYTHING!!! So the manger comes over acting like security. I say, “is everything alright”, he ignores me and stands there while the server gives me the right copy of the check. So before leaving I tell the server, “bro, service today was bad, and the place wasn’t even half full”. The server stated, “it happens”. They lost a customer in me. Just to end on a good note, the server took our entire order without writing anything down, that always impresses me.

I took my neighbor out to eat for her 87th birthday today 3/11/24.She enjoyed her food very much. I must make to your attention, our server, Ms Caroline M had the most kindness personally ever. I was feeling a little depressed but she didn't know. She drew a smiley face on my receipt and my takeout container. That truly made my day.Please let her know how good she made me feel.I thank her so much! ?
Overall experience was okay but dessert was very disappointing. We ordered a poozkie to go and when we arrived home it was so burnt that it had to be disguarded!!!
