Franco makes the best drinks at Black Pearl they’re always so consistent and delicious! I come back every time because he truly knows what he’s doing. He even gets me to try new drinks I wouldn’t have picked on my own, and they always end up being favorites. His customer service is unmatched, friendly, attentive, and genuinely the best!

Came by the other day—cashier was polite and presentable, no complaints there. But I couldn't ignore the loud whispers about how awful the management is. Out of curiosity, I looked up the owner (Sherry Zhao), and wow... the reviews from other locations? Yikes. And your responses? Straight-up unprofessional and disgusting. Absolutely no excuse for that kind of behavior. Get it together. Honestly, The Whale Tea wipes the floor with you anyway.
Sad that their Rockaway Ave location closed last year but glad I can still get their bubble tea from here. Very delicious and refreshing fruit teas, my favorite one is the Sweet Sunshine. Their Pearl milk tea, Thai tea and matcha are all very good. We went last week and they had a promotion where they gave a free Golden Coast drink with a purchase; it was very good!

Franco was very kind. He was patient and understanding. He is the true epitome of customer service and I was grateful for his empathy and professionalism.
The drinks were amazing! They were perfection. Only downfall was that the worker was taking a phone call mid making the drinks which resulted in a bit of a wait and a small line buildup.
