Came here for the first time today and I’m so happy I did! I got a taro cheesecake milk tea and it is sooo yum. I also got the 6 pack of macarons which are very good as well. And I bought a cute little keychain for my car keys. Will definitely be back!!

drinks are not very good. the middle age lady packed my drink with more ice than tea. somehow still overly sweet and tastes of artificial milk with mushy boba.in response to owner: i called, left a message and have not received a reply. i was told at one of your other locations that you use a creamer powder so i knew it was not "fresh". the taste of milk tea is subpar but you should not be informing people you use "fresh" product when it isn't!

Really irritated that my points were “lost” and the coupon they offered for the inconvenience was more inconvenient than the original inconvenience due to the super restrictive times. Seems like there’s always some term and condition whenever i want to purchase here. Also, they do not seal their delivery orders. Probably won’t be returning.

So i placed my order through grubhub for pickup. This is my first time ordering from here, and it will be my last. I specifically ordered from here for the brown sugar boba. Upon receiving my order, there was a note on the receipt stating there was no boba at the moment. Why not call the customer and make that known!? There have been several occasions when I have placed an order through seamless or grubhub and the resteraunt will call and say we are out of xyz do you want it replaced with xyz or would you like to cancel? This should have been done. Instead, the order was put through, and I was charged for no boba! I didn't want plain tea I wanted boba tea! What a scam! Never again!
