This is the craziest experience. Yet, it has happened consistently with each visit. Why, keep coming? In terms of the service, set your expectations low. In terms of the food, set your expectations high. Then, you won't be disappointed. The food presentation, portions, and, taste, is so good. Dessert is delightful, you must share it, it's that big. Love it!!! Yummy!! The servers are slow, may at times, never check on your table to see how everthing is going. Or, to see if you need anything etc. Be ready to politely, ask any server who passes your table to get your server, 9 times out of 10, they will get what you need and the person or your orig server will return with it. Also, there are days they have posted a sloppy hand written note on ripped lined paper, that says CASH ONLY. They have an ATM by the door, that was weird. Then, on some days, theres a note on the ATM, it says, NO CASH. Two servers were arguing on the floor. Went in the bathroom, an employee is on her cell phone, standing by the sink, complaining of how much she hates the restaurant and that she's not returning. This is real. No one can make this stuff up. How are they still in business, the food!!! Yep, the food is saving everyone's job. Yes, the cook. You can see parts of the kitchen. Everyone needs to line up on their way out and thank the chef and the manager, whose by the way, stressing out. Well, I did request a manager. I told him everything I just wrote. His response was to tell me to please call back tomm and tell the mgr during the day, what you just told me. He continued, I've been complaining but, no one is listening. He then, begins to complain about the staff, providing individual names and their grievances. The person I was with walked away. What do you do in a case like this. You might do what I did. I listened and let him vent. He was broken emotionally, at least for the moment. After he finished venting, he didn't thank me or comp my meal or anything. He simply walked away. I then did the same. I never returned. But, I included him and others in my prayer that night.

Passed this place many times thinking nothing of it and tried it for the first time. Amazing ambiance and wonderful beef ribs! The prices are a little steep but there was enough to eat to fill and take leftovers home! Recommended!

I have come to this place numerous times around noon on weekdays and it has always been very good. However, I just went on a Saturday night and it was absolutely horrible. My mashed potatoes tasted very strange, they were probably frozen leftovers. They looked disgusting and tasted even worse. My sisters beef brisket was extremely rubbery. The corn muffins were all torn up and thrown in the basket, almost as if pieces had been tossed in from a previous basket. The service was not terrible but it was not good either, we were supposed to have one waitress but instead had about 3 different ones because they were "overwhelmed". (There was not even that many customers there). Sadly, I will never be going there again. I do suggest if you are going to try this place anyway, go on a weekday and go early in the day.

First I'm going to start off with the drinks... The soda and juice was water down. The food had no taste. Our waiter was good she tried her best to make sure we was good. The old white man which is the boss was trying to rush us off the table and the place was not even closing or closed yet. So far the experience was not all that al all.

It pains me to know that I ironically dined @ Bronx BBQ on its last night in business. I don't know why what seems to be a busy establishment would close its doors, but I'm truly going to miss the o'so delicious food 😔

This establishment committed credit card fraud. They manually had to input my credit card information to pay a bill when I had my card with me the whole time across the country.
Waitress Daniella was one of the rudest waitresses I have encountered in a while!!

I went in there a out one hour before they closed and their service was really fast! The food was really good, and the staff were really friendly and on point. Wish I aouldve had more time to order dessert. They have parking and restrooms. You can also sit by the bar also. The only thing was that my frozen drink with the nip was not strong at all.

I will never go back ever again. It was my 1st time yesterday and when I walked in the staff were standing in a circle talking. No one turned around to service us. I had to actually tap one of the workers to ask can someone help us be seated and they all looked at me like I had 5 heads and rolled they eyes. They continue to talk and snicker. A lady took menus and started walking fast and put them on a table but unfortunately she did it so fast we did not see her so we kept walking behind her and she turned around and said so nasty y'all can go back over there I put them on a table over there. My fiance and I went and looked for the table. Then my fiance meal came with a salad and when it came the guy literally just walked over and plopped the salad right in front of me. He did not ask who salad it was or anything and he walked away. The drink was way overly priced. Never never never again will I ever be back.

Wonderfully good. This is The Beau and I go to spot for date night or just because. We decided to go here again with his family and they all loved and will be back on their own. Thank you once again Bronx BBQ for a bill well spent. Lol
