I did a take-out at this location earlier and it was a horrible experience from the beginning to the end.
Google doesn't even know the right direction to get you there. While passing the location Google told me I still had 4 minutes to get there. I went along and it was at a Old Navy down the street I was taken to.

I went back and yes. It was the same place I drove past.

Next issue, I ordered the 20 wings with BROWN SUGAR HEAT and some wedges, I got some plain, no flavor at all, not even a pinch of salt or wven dust on the wings, it was so disgusting and very disappointing, I was on the road for hours and was super hungry.
All I could do was have some of the wedges and take the wings home, almost 2 hours away from the location.
I wish I had just checked the order before jumping back on the highway.

I always enjoyed my buffalo wings but I think this was a really bad low.

they’re never consistent especially on uber eats. i sick and tired of ordering stuff from them and they can’t even add everything in my bag. multiple times i order from this location and they always miss my items in the bag it’s a reoccurring thing. idk if they need new management or new coworkers but they need to get some new ppl in the place. ridiculous.

Food was fine but their service is really bad. Apart from a few people, most of them are unwilling to work, it feels as if they do not care about their customers.

I went to bww with some friends and we waited 45 minutes with it being dead. Server did not check in on us once.

I just got out of surgery and had to send my mother to pick up food. My mother’s English is not the best and the so called “manager” that was working in the pick up section refused to even listen to her or pay her any mind. She tried calling me and putting me on speaker to speak to the man, where he ignored her not once but twice. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Kept my food sitting cold for 45 mins until I called and spoke to his “boss”. Where they finally handed over the food to my mother. Which came cold. Horrible service, I expect better from my neighborhood.

I love Buffalo Wild wings, but this location is poorly run. When greeted no enthusiasm, actually pretty annoyed that ppl are coming in..lol I was a family of 4. The service was slow. The negative reviews on here are pretty spot on.
Only go here if you have no other option

Waited 5 mins in take out counter.no one came to take the order. When I asked for who is taking order waiter ignore me..I went 12.10p.m mid day it was slow so they can't make that excuses they were busy..never coming back here..

I have a pet peeve when it comes to my food. The pet peeve is when you give directions to the Cook or the person taking your order and they still make it a standard way. This is why this location is losing business customer service is everything! Terrible customer service and they don't listen to the directions of how you want your food to be made. I put for my wings to be well done and I can tell they didn't even listen to the request.

Kayla was such a great server. 11/10 I WILL be coming back.

I had such a good experience. The waitress Kayla S. was so sweet and welcoming. She had a timely manner to check up on me and the rest of my party. I will definitely be asking for her as my waitress at this BBW location. :D

Went here and had a superb experience. The food was good but the service was even better! Our server Kayla was super sweet and attentive. She also got our food and drinks out pretty quickly. Will definitely be coming back soon!
