They deserve no stars! I went to order their gourmet fries with a drink & the group of guys working there were rude. Telling me I needed to order a sandwich to get what I wanted. They were very rude. Making comments about people, especially women in spanish.You're supposed to be doing a job not turning away customers or making them buy something they do not want.

I just received the food I ordered through Door Dash from this restaurant. I couldn’t finish it. The Coke I ordered had to be thrown out because it tasted like the machine has not been cleaned in decades..disgusting! The Classic Philly sandwich I ordered was extremely salty and tasted as though it was prepared on a dirty surface. The city needs to inspect this restaurant to ensure they’re following all guidelines. Never again.

OMG Customer service sucks. I could not believe that the manage would take side with a worker that wants to give a loyal customer dried out fries. Fries that are tuff and all ends. Prior to my order I told the manager the same thing happened last week and I could not eat it. I was a loyal customer for years and purchased sandwiches and fries at least twice per week. I was in aah about the extremely bad customer service. I was wondering why, often times, there would be arguments from other customer but now I experience it of my own. Please read reviews. I could not believe that a manager would let the worker give a loyal customer garbage. I hope the owner for the establishment read the reviews because they always say the owner doesn't come to the store so maybe that's why their customer service is so dad. I will NEVER return to this location.

I ordered my food via Door Dash…food was given to someone else and the manager refused to remake or refund me and said that it’s my problem. I showed him the receipt on the app and confirmation email to no avail. The manager was rude and disrespectful and said this happens all the time and they are not responsible for giving away the order. You can show up and pick up an order from the counter without anyone asking for the order number. This is unacceptable and I will not be patronizing this establishment in the future.

My favourite place for a cheese steak on Long Island. The food is fresh and light and tastes amazing. The service is quick and efficient. Simple menu but offers enough to not over complicate it. Ambience is ok. It's in a mall so you don't get the full experience but worth the visit

Good day,Iam informing you the nasty level of customer service received by the Valley Stream Green Acres Mall location employees. They are mis representing pricing and not being helpful. I tried to place a order from the application for the store and that location was unavailable I believe there is an issue with the app at this time. I believe your employees should be more helpful and not rude and disgustingly dismissive to customers. This took place today Friday June 16,2023 at 1608hrs.

They were very rude to a person with developmental disabilities. The staff were also, laughing at the person with a developmental disability. I would encourage anyone who works in human services not to bring the people they support to this location for lunch.

Customer service is awful at this place. Went to pickup my order and noticed that the ice was melted in my drink . When I asked if I could have ice added I was told to shut the f**** up. I was shocked as to why he was arguing with me and the language he was using for a simple request. Avoid at all cost all the other workers was tell me to leave because other customers were behind me

I ordered something online, cuz I had a busy day and paitiently waited for it, I left precise instructions to call me first when they come, I wake up to an email 20 minutes after the delivery was due telling me that the driver cancelled, but the food tracker still counts it as being delivered and aside from the money being taken from my account I was given no prior notice to find an alternative and now I have a hole in my wallet as well as my stomach. They’re also not picking my calls

When I placed the order everything was fine.once I got to the section where you tell what condiments you want,it was totally different order.the guy who took the order made a mistake or didn’t hear me properly.but order amount was the same.once I told him that’s what not what I ordered he wants more money because it cost more money.I even told him when I ordered this and that I want.I always buy from there but no more.they lost a customer today.Need better training and how to talk to customers.Hope they make changes.
