Came here for dinner for the first time. Food was good and atmosphere was nice. What made the night special was the musical entertainment by the karaoke entertainment host which made everyone in our table and the restaurant enjoyed them selves. Awesome time!

We had a bad experience with this place. Terrible service, late food, they made a mistake in the order, and the person who served us very badly threw the food on the table, went to complain and apart from everything we owed her, atmosphere, music very High, we asked for the bill and he threw it away. We will never return.

This is a hidden gem in Valley Stream for Happy Hour. Great happy hour deals and prices. The drinks are CONSISTENTLY great, which is something to appreciate where a lot of local bars have decent but inexperienced bartenders. The food is consistent also, making it a true standout in the area. I'm a big fan of the two for one Mezcalrita for $12.

Only go there cause teen daughter likes it . I personally was not not impressed at all, answer to your question teenagers have nothing to do with it ,we are foodies family ,but my daughter does like your food

They delivered my food to the wrong place. It went to my home address instead of my place of work when the receipt clearly has the correct delivery address. Driver must have been looking at billing addess.
Women that I spoke with on the phone could care less and never apologized for mistake. She just kept saying " yeah I know" . Nothing offered for inconvenience. Food is mediocre anyway and this will be my last time ordering.
UPDATE to restaurants response: I said to leave the food because the driver said it was my mistake however after doubling checking, it was in- fact the restaurants mistake! Still, I took the L and re-ordered my food this time for pickup (spending another 30$). You then called me to ask if my second order was a mistake and I explained YOUR mistake to you. You then told me that if I picked up the second order I placed, you would cancel my new order and give me the food( I assume as compensation for YOUR mistake). We agreed that I would pick up this new order and you would cancel it on the app so that I wouldn't be charged . You then called me back 10 mins later stating I would need to place a THIRD order ( after you already told me to cancel my second order and you could " just give me the food". Terrible customer service.
Im pretty sure you thought the food was left on my doorstep ( my delivery is set to that ) and you were going to send the driver back so you could serve that steak to another customer. Because why else would you change your mind about not charging me for a new pickup order ? Driver must have told you my husband took in the delivery.
When my co-worker picked up my food(because I already missed my break ), she showed you a screen shot of the "delivery address " . You did in-fact see your mistake so please do not tell lies. Again, offered no compensation for YOUR mistake.
I didn't buy lunch for my husband. I bought it for myself and it was meant to be delivered at my place of work , not my home. And yes we absolutely did resolve this... I will never order from you ever again. Good luck with your business.

Great food, reasonable prices,good drink specials and friendly staff. Good Empanadas. Excellent music when they have small bands or a DJ. I like to shoot a game of pool across the street when I finish. A potato and piece of sausage is a great snack with a beer or two. Great local place and quick take out.

This place is a must try, an authentic Colombian spot in Valley Stream in the midst of all these other restaurants, was so needed. The portions that needed to be fried were fried perfectly the steak that you’d expect to be soft, was fall apart in your mouth soft, and everything tasted amazing and as it should.

Not a bad spot but food is often either too bland or too salty, chicharron isn’t crispy. Better colombian spots around.
