The steak was dry.

First- bathrooms (2),had no tissue & an elderly woman with a walker came out & let several workers know. One responded,go talk to the manager.
Second- had to wait to place order,due to worker needing to finish texting.
Third- My friend asked for her burrito
to be cut & wrap pieces separately.
She was told,they don't do that. No problem,she'll do it herself. She asked,can they give her a piece of aluminum so she could wrap it herself. She was told no,they don't do that.

I ordered the kids chicken quesadilla, and asked for a little bit less chicken than normal And the Young man who closed tonight with the glasses got upset when I asked him for that, then he rushed me to order my sides, and threw my Quesadilla carelessly into the press to show me that he physically had an attitude. I come here all the time and he made my experience very unpleasant. My quesadilla didn’t even get cooked.
it's the nearest in the area I guess they hired more staff service is faster but they still give you small portions for such a high price
