The young lady acts like she don't wanna be there. Food was cold. They throw your food in the bowl like you not human, need new managers asap. Food was disgusting..

First- bathrooms (2),had no tissue & an elderly woman with a walker came out & let several workers know. One responded,go talk to the manager.
Second- had to wait to place order,due to worker needing to finish texting.
Third- My friend asked for her burrito
to be cut & wrap pieces separately.
She was told,they don't do that. No problem,she'll do it herself. She asked,can they give her a piece of aluminum so she could wrap it herself. She was told no,they don't do that.

I ordered the kids chicken quesadilla, and asked for a little bit less chicken than normal And the Young man who closed tonight with the glasses got upset when I asked him for that, then he rushed me to order my sides, and threw my Quesadilla carelessly into the press to show me that he physically had an attitude. I come here all the time and he made my experience very unpleasant. My quesadilla didn’t even get cooked.

it's the nearest in the area I guess they hired more staff service is faster but they still give you small portions for such a high price

A Mexican in this food does not compare

Totally disgusted at the fact that the servers and apparent supervisor on shift wanted to charge extra for more beans. I've been to several other restaurants in various locations and have never been told that it was extra for more beans in fact I've read all over the internet and I've seen where it was supposedly a part of the brand that they would not charge for extra beans or veg. Only extra meat. But this shows you that operators based in areas that are prominently minority areas take advantage and abuse it's customer base by charging extra for things that operators in other areas catering to other clientele would never dream of doing because the customers would not stand for it. I've seen the same behaviors from several chain restaurants in minority areas. It's horrible and they should be ashamed of themselves and the customers need to make them pay by not patronizing because of the type of behavior. Im so disgusted. They just lost a loyal customer.

I always thought Chipotle was a brand I could trust and feel safe enjoying the food.But unfortunately that's not the case at the valley streamlocation I ordered Online and picked up My order and immediately Begin to open To consume my delicious meal. When I found Not 1 but 2 cockroaches walking around in the bag.I threw the whole thing out I will never be going back to the valley Chipotle.And to be quite honest , i'm traumatized not sure if I will be able to got chipotle again 😢 It looks like the only Safeway to eat is at home. Because the employees that are being hired do not care because they're not being paid enough or does this fall on management.... or who knows?What's the reason behind the valley stream location being so 🫣 disgusting

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I found two bugs in my food. The first was a small green bug that I only noticed because it fell off a piece of lettuce onto my pants while I was stirring my meal. That alone was alarming. After that, I began inspecting my food more closely and unfortunately found a second bug mixed in with the rest. This was completely unacceptable and ruined my meal. I expected much higher standards for cleanliness and food safety. Very disappointed and concerned about the overall food handling practices.
