Eating at Chipotle used to be a good experience, standards at Green Acres Mall have fallen greatly. First of all I was served food from scraps of steak and scraps of salsa. The portion size have been reduced drastically. The chairs and table were dirty. Especially the chairs which had built up dirt stuck to the chair. There was no supervision around the soda fountain. Kids were putting their used bottles to fill up soda contaminating the whole area. It was a mess

I don’t understand what the problem is. I understand everyone makes mistakes but seriously this is the 2nd time my order has been wrong. I order from the Chipotle app because there’s a difference with ordering From the DoorDash app. I order chipotle all the time and my order is never right when ordering from this location. SMH trying to get a refund is really like nonexistent.

I ordered my food on the app for pick up tonight and when I got home they just dumped some things in the bowl with a lot of cheese that I didn’t even ordered. I was so disappointed. This place have very poor management. There is no organization. It’s like they are packing food for farm animals.

I usually have a great time with DoorDash from here through the website but for the last two times it hasn’t been so great.the first time I got the completely wrong order with the wrong name which is not the restaurants fault but the second time tonight I ordered a regular chicken bowl and got a steak bowl with everything I asked for completely wrong and mixed up. I was super disappointed because this never happens and it tells you what you ordered online and I got the complete opposite. I still will go in person because in person they’re still amazing but through DoorDash I keep getting completely different orders it’s frustrating.

This place is disgusting.PEOPLE there is this Mexican grill QDOBA in fresh meadows that is so much better, the food is fresh, no disgruntle rude workers with long finger nails, clean display of food, they say thank you, and most of all the food is good.I guess it does depend on where you shop and live is what you get in return.QDOBAQDOBAFRESH MEADOWS, QUEENS...that's the place to eat.

Might as well have robots working… felt like I was sticking the place up everyone’s face looks miserable the fountain drinks machine wasn’t working either … nothing seems to want to work
Terrible. At times, it appears that anyone off the street can work here. The people (the kids) on the line are some of the most incompetent and unprofessional humans I have interacted with. They have one of the simplest jobs on earth and are uncoordinated and lazy as h@!!.On top of that, the food is often stale and overly spicy/salty. Don't go here unless you want to be disgusted and unecessarily triggered. Message to management: Let go of the immature kids and hire some focused individuals who really want and take pride in their job.
