Horrible! Placed an order for pick up came at the pick up waited and still not prepared! Disappointed!! Had to get a refund all that waiting for nothing!

Went in today to get ice cream I am a Amazon worker and customer is there trying every single flavor and the worker just makes me wait like hello if they ain’t ready help me out and get to doing your job better why make me wait while they tasting every flavor help me and when they know you help them bad worker there

Bugs inside the ice cream???? I bought ice cream. (Smallest size). Saw worms coming out from the inside mine. Super disgusting. This place is very unsanitary, unsafe and just plain bad.
It's so beneficial that this location is now always open until 1am. They are always kind to me when I visit this establishment. The vibes are always on point, just like the music;). The ice cream is always stacked high and even if the ice cream is low they will get it from the back with no issues. I highly recommend this ice cream spot to all looking for a late night snack, or just a snack whenever!

WOW! I’ve never been in an establishment that had such friendly staff! Every time I go in, they make sure I get exactly what I want. Always happy, laughing, and such good energy. I love coming in here! They play the best music and make me feel right at home!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this establishment so much. They never fail to amaze me when it comes to adding extra toppings. Playlist is IMMACULATE !! Highly recommend in the Queens area.
If you pay for extra topping of what you already added, they treat it like a regular size. So basically they scam you

Horrible experience! Ordered a chocolate milkshake with pecans on ubereats and got a milkshake that tasted like pecan butter, you would think after they realized they may have dropped too much pecans in my milkshake they would of have just made a new one but nope they sent me the most disgusting milkshake I have ever tasted.
