I absolutely had the best experience a week ago with the manger TK, her personality was extremely warm and welcoming. TK’s product knowledge was top tier. TK needs more recognition and just know I’ll definitely go back because of her. The entire staff is amazing as well, but TK went above and beyond to create an amazing experience.

Great ice cream, fast attentive service, smells like milk. Like…dairy on heavy. Not sure why or if that’s a normal coldstone smell because I’ve never been to one before this, but I’ve never walked into an ice cream shop and looked for the cow. I accept that I could be the weird one, but it was unusually milk smelling upon entry. Maybe something spilled and didn’t get fully mopped for a few hours
Everyone working night shift 2/10/24 deserves a raise, they were delightful. TK and Jacob were awesome and Paul made my very specific order perfectly and quickly. 10/10

I have been eating from coldstone for a while now it’s good but this time I don’t know what happened we ordered chocolate devotion it includes brownies chocolate chips and chocolate fudged the brownies were just in big crumbs and it didn’t really have chocolate chips on it, to be honest coldstone you could’ve done better.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!! How do they manage to mess up my order EVERY SINGLE TIME I try this place. I should have known after dealing with the owner who was a total dissmissive jerk to stay away but lesson definitely learned this time. It's no wonder the staff is so terrible with leadership like that. NEVER AGAIN.
