I placed an order for pickup for a honey turkey, American cheese, lettuce bacon tomatoes salt pepper vinegar with a side of fries that came up to $17.60 could’ve been a little more yesterday 1/29/26. I was told I can get a credit by a guess the manager same day I called in today and tried to substitute it and have it sent w/ my DoorDash order I then was told I will only be refunded for $2 when the whole entire sandwich was awful, gross, before prepared you can see the bacon cheese wrap was awful I forgot to mention I didn’t get honey turkey it was regular bland turkey not boars head absolutely gross look at the pic

I was so excited to find a deli by my house instead of me going to Queens or me to go to Valley Street. The food is good but the service when the lady is not there, it’s horrible. The man sees me standing in front of him, trying to get my order this man decides he wants to skip me for other people and they wanna tell me hold on. I’m coming to you. I’m standing right in front of you. I’m trying to get my order. You’re ignoring me so guess what I ain’t coming back I ain’t coming back because that’s not the first time the men have done that to me And then they are disgusting on the phone when you call just a man when the woman is there. They’re on their best behavior but when the woman is not there, they are disgusting. I won’t be coming back. I’m so disgusting. I’m not coming back. Poor quality service.

The service is always quick and pleasant. The food is good and the prices are stellar. I’ve had a chicken Philly sandwich on a hero it’s $10. The same sandwich at Valley stream deli is $14. The same sandwich at Valley stream caterers is $17. Can’t be beat

The breakfast sandwiches we ordered were correct but I just feel that each and every time there's something missing lol maybe a bit bland for my taste. Not bad overall if I'm in the area.
I love to have breakfast there. The service is quick and the staff are friendly. We call it "Crownie", as in let's go to Crownie. There are six tables. Mainly I have a coffee and an egg and cheese on a roll. Yummy. They play Latin American music ? which starts my day off with a ?. Many people go there for takeout to bring to work. Try it you'll love ❤️ it. Metered parking around the entire block.
