Every time I go to this store the cappuccino is watery. (This first time I went the woman was more polite and respectful ) but today the guy managing the orders was rude for no reason. I asked for a spoon or a stirrer because there was nothing to stir the coffee and he looked at me and asked me for what... Then he saw for himself there was nothing there. When I tasted the drink it was watery so I poured it out. He comes over to me questioning why I did what I did after he gave me a spoon, in an unnecessarily rude manner.... I didn't understand why he was addressing me in this manner, and told him I didn't know it was going to be watery. He fixed the machine but I no longer wanted the drink. When it was time to pay for my food and bottled juice I wanted the cost was $14.50, I gave $20.50. The rude guy whispers to the man ringing me up and he only gives me back $5... I chose to leave and not make a big issue over $1. The cooks are great but that specific man in the black shirt, I wish I knew his name, has terrible customer service.

First time going to this Deli and I really really liked it. It is located in a great spot and the food is delicious. The chopped cheese, Philly cheese, pastrami & peppered turkey with buffalo chicken sandwiches were incredible!! The dulce de leche cake was amazing! Reasonable prices. Awesome customer service! I definitely recommend this place for your next deli experience!!
Awesome deli with a decent breakfast options. Their bagels are quite good, friendly staff and great selection of soft drinks.

If I can give them a negative review I would! The manager Manuel is the worst. I placed an order for 3 sandwiches and a platter. I slowly asked for what I wanted. Everything in the order was wrong! When I called to tell them that it was all wrong, he blamed me! No apology nothing! NEVER GO HERE!
