Hey just came in the employee wears his gloves while using to register to take money an proceeds to make pizza with the same glove I really think they should enforce changing gloves often I spoke to one of the employees about it an he said that as long as they wash their with the gloves they’re fine I explained to he didn’t wash his hands or change his gloves

I always order Brooklyn style and today my order was poorly done. It’s so runny and out of shape that I can’t even pick it up to eat. And the topping of green pepper and spinach can be barely tasted because of how small amount was put in. Very disappointed. You need to check your quality control.

Service was subpar. It was disturbing to be treated in such a condescending manner. I called my order in then went to pick it up and it was wrong (they gave me buffalo wings instead of the BBQ wings I asked for). I politely asked for the order to be corrected. I was met with complete disdain and when it was reluctantly changed to what I ordered, the box of chicken wings was TOSSED at me with a slight smirk. This type of treatment and behavior is completely unacceptable.I will never return to this location. I do NOT recommend it.

I ordered online. Went to pick it up half hour later. Still wasn't ready. People coming in and placing orders after me got their food before me. As long as the customer spoke their language they were served before me. When I started complaining then they started my order. No one wore gloves and the guy working the register started cutting up and packing pizzas. That's contaminating the food. He also was picking toppings off the pizza and eating them. When I finally got my food, they didn't give me a bag or pack my order. I just took some bags and packed them myself. Talk about no customer service whatsoever. When paying they have the nerve to request a tip. For sanitary reasons alone I wouldn't go back there. Since I don't speak their language they don't need my business anyway. Racism is alive and well at this place

Placed an order online. Wait time was 18 minutes. Showed up 30 minutes later. Gave them my order number. They said they were STILL preparing my order. Several people came in after me (All from their country as they were speaking the same language) and got their food before me. When I said something that's when they started mine. They guy from the register started cutting up pizza with no gloves and I saw him eat some of the toppings. Never going back there again. Racist and unclean.

Just ordered two medium pizzas, the crust is nit even cooked. Seriously not good.
I usually order from this place but I will never again! I called them after the tracking tool stated that my order was delivered. I was constantly checking for my pizza and dessert outside and there was nothing there. They told me they would call the delivery guy and have him call me again. The delivery guy didn’t call me again and I waited an extra 20 minutes for my food . I called them again and then the person stated they would get the manager on the phone. The manager asked me for my last four digits of my number . I gave that and he stated the driver delivered the food. I told the manager there is no food in front of my house … I checked everywhere in front of my house. He stated the driver rang the door bell and left the food out front as instructed. I told him I don’t have any food . I’m not lying! He kept repeating my address and I said yes that’s my address but I have no food. I asked for a refund . He stated no he can’t give that bc he gave me the food . The driver stated he delivered it to my address. I walked down my street and saw the food in front of another house. They were not going to help me and if I didn’t walk down my block I would have been food less and with out my money. They are no longer getting business from me! Good riddens! Karma is a B!

They're good at making pizza that's for sure so for that i give 5 stars however their service is a 3/5 they miss heard my order after repeating myself 5 times just to get one pizza instead of 2 when i ordered 2 pizza and garlic knots.Anyways it's fine mistakes happen but it was inconvenient for me and my other pizza got cold..
