Long wait time at drive thru. Didn't have items I wanted so I just ordered something else.

Coffee was bitter and donut wasn’t fresh. I’m surprised considering how long the drive through lines typically are, but I went inside for my purchase.

I went to this dunkin 3 times at around 11-3am and there’s this hispanic or some lady that doesn’t know english properly or just in general rude. We went and ordered 1 custom drink and a regular drink and both were given really messed up, dirty, and the customer drink wasn’t even blended when we asked for it to be blended, and when we tried fixing it or telling her what to order she gave A LOT of attitude and just overall really mean. never said hi, thank u, or anything just gave us so many stares when we were really nice and the complain can go over. i don’t need her working there when we come there next time. she was rude, never made drinks right, didn’t understand us properly but had good english with her attitude?

Went in to get a refresher, which I normally get from the Dunkin in Freeport. The person who made the refresher (Mikaylalean), handed it to me without saying a word. As I sipped on it, I realized she hadn’t put enough concentrate, so I went back up to the counter and nicely asked her if she could add a little more. She rolled her eyes at me, and Asked, “you actually need more concentrate“? I stood my ground and told her that I did because it didn’t taste right. That’s when the Spanish lady came over and took the cup to add more concentrate. I was then told that if I ever needed more concentrate in my drink, I would be charged more for it. The drink was placed in front of me without a word. That’s when I realized I would never come back to this Dunkin’ Donuts location again no matter how convenient it was.

If I’m spending my money, I don’t deserve to be treated like this. So I’ll spend my money elsewhere where it’s more appreciated.

when we ordered, isaac the sales associate was mean for no reason, and all the tables were dirty, so we asked him 4 times to clean one of them so we can sit and take our food, he didn't want to, so after we sat on a dirty table cause we didn't have a choice and after that we told him that we will complain he said he's going to talk to his manager first, and then he cleaned all the other tables expect ours. Such a shame for a dunkin store

I come here every single day for years and spend $5-$9. I simply once asked for an extra cup of ice after picking up my mobile order and was told I was going to be charged… they just lost a customer over a $1 cup of ice.
