Beautiful new Dunkin in Sunrise Highway. Large parking lot plus a drive thru. It’s a big store by Dunkin standards, and extremely clean with shiny floors. Lots of tables and chairs both inside and outside. Employees, from my experience, are very pleasant and efficient. And quick. Reminds me of an old time coffee shop where it’s ok to sit and relax and nurse a cup of coffee. Only these cups are paper. This store is not open 24hrs as the website implies, the doors are often locked during the overnight hours.

I hate leaving bad reviews and only do so after about 5 or more mess- ups, but I feel I have to warm anyone who pre-orders in the morning so they dont have to wait...you better get there early because the morning crew here CONSTANTLY forgets items, gets orders wrong, leave things out, and then gets annoyed when you bring it to their attention. DD charges for extras like almond milk, cold foam, whipped cream, etc. So if I'm paying extra for it, and dont get what I ordered, of course I'm asking. I often go out of my way to a DD farther away if I have time just to avoid this place. Too bad this one is the only one between my house and my kids school.

When you’re paying $6+ for a drink with specific add ons and it’s incorrectly made, when I come back to have it fixed, (even by simply adding something to my original drink) a nasty attitude and slamming another drink on the counter is not appreciated. And the drink “correction” wasn’t even just also wrong, it was worse. It was unnecessary and rude.I ordered a latte and this woman made a new drink right in front of me supplementing it with iced coffee. $6 down the drain. A simple “oh sorry let me fix that” would have been easier for everyone.It takes a lot for me to even go back to a place to have an order corrected and I’m always extremely polite. Turned me off of the whole store, it’s not even worth the drive thru convenience. Don’t take your anger out on people who don’t deserve it especially if it’s something minor as an incorrect drink. Work on customer service. We’re all struggling not just you.

I can’t keep coming here anymore. They don’t everrrrr listen to your drink coffee orders, especially when ordering cold brew etc. they’re more lazy in that sense, I ask for cold foam and she in front of me put whipped cream instead… this is probably th fourth or fifth time coming and each time orders are messed up

Horrible experience, got cut in line twice and the employees let it happen. Left the store, who has time for this type of service? Can’t even keep a place in line especially when I’m looking right at you with my card in hand….
