I’ve been coming here for a few weeks now, and truthfully, not the best location. They take a long time to make your order and on top of that, they will “suggest” to you that you use the kiosk so they can avoid speaking with the customer. I get it, the kiosk is faster, however, there’s still people who enjoy interacting with people.

I like to eat their Chicken and Roasted Pepper Wrap, Maple Sugar Snackin’ Bacon, Hash Browns, 3 Donuts, and a Refresher Mango Pineapple it’s very good and sweet. I love Dunkin so much. The most part was the donuts I love the donuts here it’s so tasty. I tried the refresher and it was so good. They have different types of coffee, refreshers, donuts, and sandwiches. I will definitely come back soon. Sometimes you will see a Dunkin’ with Baskin Robbins and one by itself. It depends on each location.
I was there at 2pm ordered large coffee with milk and sugar. When they handed coffee to me it was leaking from top I ask for the guy yo change cup or top. Changes cup same thing I told him it’s Sam thing he gets annoyed dumped coffee out and give me new one. But it was black no sugar not milk. They very nasty here. Little buys flying around just nasty place

I wish i could give this place zero stars! The workers are very rude. Poor customer service and they do not care to make your product the least bit edible. I drive to the sunrise location as much as i can which is unfair. I hope someone else buys out this establishment.

Horrible experience. There was a bug in my food. When I went back to get a refund they offered to remake my food and refused to return my money instead. “manager” working there didn’t know if he can refund the money he has to call another person on the phone to ask. Honestly disgusted and I won’t not eat or even drink from this Dunkin if I were you.
The tables were all dirty. My bagel was old. It was tough and chewy. Barely any cream cheese. Had the mango pineapple refresher. Didn't taste any mango or pineapple. Wasn't sweet at all. Bacon was slightly burnt. Cashier was fixing drinks despite having lots of staff so I had to wait to order anything.

The worst customer service: they don't serve you what you ask for, they give you what they want. And then they don't take responsibility for refunding their poorly made product. I have ordered a berry smoothie and every time they send me crushed ice with horrible tea. Don't go to this place. Don't waste your money, look for another place where they know how to prepare their drinks.
