I ordered a cappuccino, like a typical tourist, and had to clean the table where I was going to sit. All the tables were covered in crumbs and ketchup stains. I pointed out that the tables were dirty and that I would clean the one I was going to sit at myself, but a customer shouldn't have to clean their own table. There were three employees, and even when a fourth arrived, none of them bothered to clean the tables. I decided not to order a muffin because the place didn't seem hygienic at all. Most of the employees were just loitering around and looking at their phones, giving the impression that they didn't care about the service at all.

Easy Dispatch

If you are a Muslim women who wear a head scarf and you have a problem talking to your guests with respect by not giving them a stinky face as if i am hitting on you or something then you probably should not be working over there. I am Muslim too. My family members also wear Hijab but NEVER are they nasty with other people because they feel more pious then everyone else. I own multiple businesses as well. If you worked for me i would have fired you the same day. No man wants to step into a place and feel like he is a sexual preditor because the overly pious or the girl who thinks everyone is hitting on her. Please we just want to get our coffee were not there to propose to you. Smfh

Fine if you are in the go or in the neighborhood and have no other options. But they tend to get orders wrong and aren’t very nice. Not my first option for breakfast but it’s Dunkin so you get what you pay for

The air conditioning in this location does not work. The frosting on the donuts were melted, and the ice cream was melted as well. Just 10 minutes of being in this location had me sweating. I questioned the workers about the situation. They told me that the air conditioning had been broken at 90 degrees for multiple days, and that the management did nothing about it.

Our usual spot. However, the tea is not fresh and taste old. I’m not sure if it’s left out overnight , but that’s a concern when it has the same taste every time I order. I’ll just stick with coffee from here until a change is made with the ice teas.

There is not enough seat for dining in. This place has only 1 table for 4 seats, 1 seat for 2, and a windows seat for 5-6 seats..

We are very old customer but most of the time they give very old coffee it’s unfresh coffee, old donuts, but most of the time we are ignore them but today I really need to coffee because I don’t feel well and they give me still old coffee that is not the fresh taste I really hate them and I’m really disappointed for that.the owner sir or mam I respectfully I request tell your staff we need to fresh everything because we spend our money so really please you can see your staff. Make sure you guys give it to them very fresh food coffee doughnut everything because we spend money we need to fresh everything. Please.

I’ve been coming here for a few weeks now, and truthfully, not the best location. They take a long time to make your order and on top of that, they will ā€œsuggestā€ to you that you use the kiosk so they can avoid speaking with the customer. I get it, the kiosk is faster, however, there’s still people who enjoy interacting with people.
