I personally think that the employees at this store try their very best to work hard , maintain the flow of work and customer service , due to it being overly crowded with online orders and in store orders that causes long lines and waiting . I love this store and I think some of these customers who do the most for no reason over little petty things should appreciate the employees that try rather than downplaying them for their mistakes because I spoke to a couple of the employees whenever I visit the store and they seem like their just working the best they can like anyone else would to make an honest living

First time I ever walked into a dunkin donuts and left with nothing. Everything looked old and stale. And to make it worse, the place was dirty and the workers were too busy texting. I guess the owner doesn't care.

This is one of the worst. They never have donuts and the employees are rude. This is the one closest to my home and i rather drive to the next town for a donut.

I ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich. I took a bit of it and notice it was hard. I take a look at it thinking it was the cheese that wasn’t melted. But I open the sandwich up and there was a piece of paper in it. I went back, they redid my sandwich. But how do you miss/ not see a piece of paper.

The weekends in this Dunkin Donuts get busy at times in the morning. There alot of Door Dash orders and on the go mobile orders. The manager is always nice and has apologized a couple of times for the wait.

i'd give this place 0 stars if i was able to. the staff is insanely rude and the guy that works saturday around 12 , the white kid , is completely trash. he should be fired. speaking under his breathe making remarks at me , i can hear him saying he wants to punch me because i asked him if he was okay since he came up the cashier with an attitude. poor customer service. nothing will ever compare to the old manager and staff here years ago. this new owner is terrible and i hope he personally sees this. bea cirillo was the best manager this place had and that was 8 years ago!!!
