Came in after I had a terrible experience at Hook & Reel in Hicksville today. The host was very nice, and we got a table as soon as we came in. Our server Gabby was amazing and made sure everything was good with our order , as well as a gentleman who checked on us. The crab legs and shrimp were perfectly cooked and came out quickly, so delicious. I’m happy I didn’t give up on hook and reel because I would definitely recommend THIS location!
Me and my wife arrived at 1230pm for lunch and the service was on point my server was Tamia and she was on top of things with us and the other 3 or 4 tables, she was pleasant personable and helpful
Hook & Reel Seafood never disappoints, but this visit was on another level thanks to Damion L! From the moment we sat down, he made us feel welcome and took amazing care of our table. He was super friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and made great recommendations that turned out perfect.
