It was freezing inside this place. They had a whole side they didn't use because it was too cold but ultimately everyone in their had their coats on. The server was attentive and kept checking on us. Utensils weren't the cleanest so I opted for plastic Utensils instead. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting 🫣. I don't think I'll be back again.

I have been coming to this ihop for a little while now and the quality of the food has gone down a lot. I always love when I dine in as the service is great. The waitress/waiters I have had are lovely. But today the food was at its worst. I got 2 over easy eggs, and one of them had no yolk. in the middle of the egg it was just the whites, and they were wet (to be fair they don't cook them for a long time when ordered over easy of course). The bacon was almost a grey color. The hashbrowns were fine but not as good as they used to be. & the pancakes were just fine as well. Super turned off by this unfortunately dont think I’ll come back to this location! I ordered on uber eats for pick up. I have done this before & the food was fine, much better than it was today!

If I could give zero stars I would, I placed my order at 1:34 AM. I didn’t get my food until 2:15 AM. They made it incorrectly and now it’s finally 3 AM and I’m eating never again the food wasn’t even that good and all I got was a biscuit breakfast sandwich. There’s three cars in the parking lot and two tables inside clearly they need to hire more people

I ordered a meal for delivery. They left out an item. Manager said they forgot to put it in the bag and I should come and pick it up. I told him I physically cant and that is why i ordered and paid for delivery. He said he has no one to deliver it to me and then hung the phone up on me.

Our server was amazing until we order the bottomless pancake the second time .it took 30 minutes she keep saying the are busy so we understand then the manager came over and adk if we finish eat we can leave because the are busy and all of a sudden our pancake arrived at the table so we left.. if the wanted us to leave to come ask us nicely

Service from our waitress was great, she did her best. We order breakfast meal which in turn make us entitled to bottomless pancakes. We kept asking for more as we finished one set. As we were waiting on the last order the Manger came over as said we had to leave cause we were there too long ( she was very rude) I never knew ihop had a time limit for dining in. Very disappointed with the manager she needs to learn how to speak with customers 😒 🙄.

I don't know what this place is like during daytime/morning, but I've been coming here after 12am and I'm yet to have a negative experience.
I'm a fast food worker myself, so I know how hectic and messy things get during rush hour. But if for some reason you decide to go here after midnight, like me and my friends always do, then I highly recommend this place.
Tons of free tables, the food is always good and cooked properly, relatively fast, and the servers are calm and helpful (that could also be because they had a long day and they're just tired, trust me I know the feeling 😆)
Martha was such a delight as my waitress for my friend and I. She had such a sweet, bubbly personality and the cutest makeup on her gorgeous face. Food came out really great. Martha was attentive with us and even gave us a cute lil chat about her life. My friend spoke Spanish with her and it was such a sweet moment to witness! I love a waitress that can make you feel comfortable, share a laugh and loved all at once. This IHOP location definitely beats out the others that are closer to my home just because of the wonderful Martha!! Give her a raise + extra tips during the holidays! 🧡

This I Hop must be under new management. The service was trash as well as the food. The meat taste like clone meat…The Spanish lady with the glasses is very rude and unprofessional. It’s like having breakfast on the NorthPole. You might as well have breakfast in the 27 degrees weather. The bathroom is like you walking into an ice box. This place was never like this years ago. Who owns it now? Let me think I already know that’s why it’s open 24 hours because the service is TRASH and the FOOD is as well. I will never return there the I HOP in Five Towns but this place to shame. Try calling them for some tips on how to run a buisness.

Terrible customer service, handing off orders to wrong drivers, waited 2 hours for my order they claimed to have given to a driver already but never every driver that's gone to get it was told it was already picked up which is impossible cause I don't have it! spoke to 3 people that can't comprehend how to look up and order

Took 20 minutes to ask us if we were ready to order. Ultimately when paying she had the nerve to ask me if i wanted to add a tip. Absolutely the worst service i had received in years at any restaurant. Completely incapable of reading the room.
