The food was good and our waitress was amazing. My problem was the bathroom was filthy and there was a hole in the bathroom that a good sized cat could fit through because tiles were missing. I hope someone sees it here and addresses it ASAP.

We had a lovely breakfast at IHOP and were impressed by the outstanding customer service. My wife mistakenly left her bag there for two days, and the manager handled the situation remarkably well. She ensured the bag was kept safe until we contacted them. When we reached out, she not only confirmed that the bag was secure but also went the extra mile by driving to our home to return it. We truly appreciate her thoughtfulness and dedication to customer care!

I recorded the conversation not only is her professionalism terrible but she also can barely speak English along with almost all the workers. I called minutes after picking up my order no refund or fixed food HR will hear from me on this.
