She ensured the bag was kept safe until we contacted them. When we reached out, she not only confirmed that the bag was secure but also went the extra mile by driving to our home to return it. We truly appreciate her thoughtfulness and dedication to customer care!

I recorded the conversation not only is her professionalism terrible but she also can barely speak English along with almost all the workers. I called minutes after picking up my order no refund or fixed food HR will hear from me on this.

I ordered 2 chicken fajita omelets online on Saturday since my mom and I hadn’t had ihop in a long time. Usually, I order from the one in Five Towns or on Hillside Ave in Jamaica, Queens, but the location at 180 E Sunrise Hwy was the nearest to me at the time. The food was ready as soon as I got there even though the website isn’t as user friendly, but that’s ok. The restaurant was no more crowded than usual but the staff were efficient, friendly, fast and orderly. However, I ordered two orders of sausage patties and received two orders of sausage links but we managed. However, the omelettes had no seasoning or flavor. The cheese was undercooked and there were no jalapeños or enough peppers and onions. Also, the chicken and hash browns had no flavor and a couple of chicken chunks were undercooked as well. IHOP’s food, in general, is very good, but unfortunately it didn’t hit the mark at this location, at least when it came down to our online order. The pancakes, however, were very good as usual though. Thank you.
