We had a lovely breakfast at IHOP and were impressed by the outstanding customer service. My wife mistakenly left her bag there for two days, and the manager handled the situation remarkably well. She ensured the bag was kept safe until we contacted them. When we reached out, she not only confirmed that the bag was secure but also went the extra mile by driving to our home to return it. We truly appreciate her thoughtfulness and dedication to customer care!

I have four stars because of the wait time for the bill and me having to walk up to the cashier station to get my change because it was taking a long time. This happened because our server though very polite had too much to do. While I was waiting for my change she was taking someone else's order.
Dietary restrictions: The Gluten free pancakes at IHOP are always 10/10.
