This place lacks every bit of class, the walls are dirty. The kitchen area is absolutely disorganized. I am very ashamed that people still have restaurants like this in a good area of NY. Not to mention that the lady grabbed the condiments with her HANDS!! food is reasonably priced though.

Horrible food. This was my second time trying them and I’m currently writing this review over a toilet. This food made me sick and now I’m vomiting every 5 minutes. Never again!

Xiē xiē for adhering to my food allergies, and for proving me with the upmost divine healthy, organic, and consciously prepared cultural Asian cuisine…hand crafted with love, and care. I sincerely appreciate your consideration, and kindness. The shrimp chips are my total favorite. Have a blessed day.

This place has the best Chinese food from sesame chicken to wings. They fried rice is really fried rice, not that yellow nonsense. Best Chinese food place.

I waited 20 minutes for my order. Then when I finally got my shrimp and broccoli, there were only three shrimp mixed in with the broccoli. The restaurant also had no heat in winter. in regards to the ambience it's mediocre.

I've been ordering here since a child with my family. This is very much a family business and they're very proud of their children. They have a Guan Yu statue in the corner that I don't mind. It's kinda cool, serving as a symbol of good business practices. They serve great food, and the front cashier lady/owner operator is very friendly. She speaks very well, and always hands over the bag with a smile. She is courteous, and always ask what sauces I'd like as well as if I'd like a soda. As a college student, I've been eating fried Chinese cuisine all around NY since a youth. But Jade Palace always seems to hit the spot! I usually get a plain fried rice and chicken wings with a soda. Occasionally, I'll get their fried Crab Rangoon. They come with a red tangy sauce! Serious comfort food when you can't cook due to it being late, and you have an exam tomorrow. Try them out,I know I can't go more than 2 weeks without them :)

The shrimp with lobster sauce had ground pork. The fried rice was too brown and the wonton soup was also too

Just ordered take out of their boneless rib and rice combo. I got delivered 3-1/2 bone in ribs which had about 2oz of meat, for $13. So disappointed as this was my go to for Chinese food.

Family owned and run. The food is always fresh and delicious. Mostly take out or delivery. A few small tables if you would like to sit. My family orders from here all the time.

Racist. Attempted to steal my change and threatened to call police when I requested correct change amount. Never again. Also I was told that Jade Palace caused a Herpes break-out among a group of highshool students years ago. It was traced back directly an employee.

I had a great experience! Fabulous service, extra noodles for my soup, and fast! Thank you!
