Greatest Ever

Only picked up naan from here and I mist admit very soft and not burnt atall, perfect naaan for haleem, kabab, paya , nihari etc. Did not try any food or bbq yet to provide more feed

Whatever lady picks up the phone to take orders is the rudest person ever. The first thing she says is “yes” then she has some hearing issues. I said “can I please place an order” she goes like “WHAT DO YOU WANT” in the rudest tone and attitude. I said “can I please get 5 roti” she said “WHAT? Roti or naan” then I said “can you please talk nicely to your customers” and she didn’t stop there, she then said “I SAID WHAT DO YOU WANT” in the loudest, rudest way. She always picks up the phone and is rude. This was my last straw with her. They need to change whoever picks up the phone. Otherwise the store would get zero customers. She doesn’t have customer service skills.

By far one of the best plain naan with butter spots. Food otherwise isn’t stellar, but their consistency on naans has been impressive.

We went to take the samusa I told her put in 3 separate bag but she denied that.Lady in the front behave really rude.If you come to business & behave like that it’s not gonna work

My mother asked for samosa chat when we got home and she started eating it the samosa was stale, it had no sweet chutney when we called to complain they first hung up the phone. My mother called back and was told they are very busy and that god doesn’t like liars!! Amazing customer service great attitude as business owner working the counter to present there business motto “take the money and run”

very bad service restaurant is not clean at all. They always microwave the food. That is a very bad for health and the fair color lady give me sauce that looks like water with a little milk in that was a horrible serving.??

First went to this place 7 years ago on my first visit to NY. Sticky floors and dreadful customer service was all I could remember. Customer service that seemed pretty consistent with most Pakistani owned eateries I seem to come across in NY anyway. Thankfully, my feet glided over the recently mopped floor this time and the lady that served me was polite.I thought the kababs were worth another try since my wife claimed they were as good as some of the ones we could get in the UK (Bradford, Shimlas). Far from it and they only seemed to do chicken seekh kababs.So the chicken seekh kababs were average, the chutney was basically water with a bit of mint and the naans were about the size of my hand, half the size of what I expected for $2 a naan. Surely this can't be the norm in a place like Valley Stream where there seems to be a sizeable muslim community? They deserve better.Also, prices for everything else were covered up so I'm assuming they've had a recent price hike? Wither that or they've reduced their menu

J go to king kabab only for Nan bread. Other food looks old. They need to improve their curry and Biryani .
