The cake had a nasty or weird taste.I would not recommend this place. Just make you serve fresh cake.

Is it possible to give 0 stars?I ordered a cake for my son's 4th birthday, and the day of they didn't have it made. They do not communicate with each other, and then they are extremely rude and condescending towards the customer. What a disappointment. It is truly an embarrassment to the dominican community.Keep those employees and swe how quickly you will go out of business. Our family will never use this bakery again.

This place is a joke. I place a cake order. The person took the order and then they closed for the day. I called many times to see what happened and no one answered. Very upset ? and disappointed

Twice we ordered cake from this location and was very DISAPPOINTED.On each occasion they could not find the order which was placed both times a week before. We waited one hour extra both times a we were not alone.I don't think I will be there anymore, again very very unprofessional.

I had a great experience when my other half was in the mood for a desert fix on a Sunday after 5pm. Yes they were still open based on the web they were supposed to be closed, maybe I got lucky. They took credit cards which was another win. We really liked the Tres Leche in a jar. The cheesecake were good also. This is not a fancy shop but bakeries don't have to be in my opinion. My standard is clean and good quality products. They met the challenge very well. The Spanish lady at the register was very nice. I'll be back.

I got a dulce de leche cake it was horrible- very dry and stale the insides were still frozen. I will never recommend this bakery to anyone. A waste of money! I still cannot believe they would sell such bad cake. HORRIBLE

I’ve been ordering cakes since their corona location (over 15 years). I am so disappointed with the customer service and overall quality. I asked for the entire name to be on the cake and they said it wouldn’t fit. Clearly you can see on the pictures that they can fit. I asked for a pink cake and I got a white cake with pink and green details. The green looks so ugly. Looks like green p**** Time for our family to move on from this misery. Customers satisfaction should be number one. The guy on the phone said I shouldn’t put a last name on the cake and then he lied and said it wouldn’t fit. Went to carvel and got a smaller cake with the full name on it and cheaper!!
Purchased birthday cake today and sadly it was stale. Very disappointed in the quality.

Amazing ! We had a 40th and all 17 people loved the cake we did Dominican cake half pineapple half guava ! It was delish just don't put Dominican cakes in the fridge or it can ruin the cake. We informed the restaurant to leave it out till served and it was perfect . Will def be back again

Ordered a cake with no design, literally just white frosting and was charged 95$. It also wasnt good at all. Very dry and mediocre. I got it because it was closer to my house but im better off going to queens/brooklyn where you can get a way better tasting cake.

WARNING steer clear away from this Bakery. I called and ask them do they have any fresh cake and they said they don't I had to come in an order a cake for the next day. I arrived and their was no customer their on a Saturday afternoon. As I arrived hey showed me a cake that was already made and told me that I can take this cake. I told him I wanted a cake made fresh. He said I will have it on. SUNDAY AT 11AM in the morning. I told him I wanted warm he said ok. It will be warm. I arrived 1144 am on Sunday and I brought my cake cutter with me and the cake was dry and cold . They cake must been sitting there a week. they refuse to give me my money back they are aware of people giving bad reviews. They actually don't care. They are not looking for customers satisfaction. They are only trying to look for money. I read the reviews before. It appears Google is not rating business properly. How can they call this a 4 star bakery with all the same complaints. Beware everyone. Stay far away. These people are scam artists. Pictures on the website is bogus

Purchase a cake for my husband retirement party it was so embarrassing they got the information wrong on top of the cake the cake was so dry that all of my guess threw the cake away nowtone person ate the cake that’s how bad the cake was I called to let them know how bad the cake was they told me the manager will call me back no one got back to me I would never recommend this place again my first time trying the cake
