great people and they treat everyone like family they really aim to pleas bringing Spanish and Italian food together and making magic they are super friendly and delivery is super fast great experience looking forward to seeing them grow I’ll be back soon.

i’ve been living in valley stream for over 10 years… My greatest memories were coming to Mama Ginas as a kid and getting what I thought was the Best Pizza on Earth from Great People… It is now the complete polar opposite ? ? From receiving Raw dough pizza that I’ve had to entirely throw away to having them punching my sandwich through the bag and serving me it because they messed up my first order and tried to accuse me of lying though i was POLITE and CORRECT , I recommend to steer clear.. That’s only the tip of the iceberg , they habitually served me raw chicken in their sandwiches and eventually i just stopped ordering from them in whole . 0/5 stars . RIP the Old Mama Ginas

they completely are serving trash now a days … i asked for spaghetti n meatballs … fake meatballs i couldn’t eat any of this . waste of money don’t order … expensive price for low quality horse meat .

So I wanted to give this establishment 5 stars even tho they messed up my original order. So first I ordered a shrimp taco which was fantastic and birria tacos which were delicious but they forgot my zeppolies.I called them and told them to please bring the zeppilies over and there was zero push back. I ordered an extra shrimp taco!!! I felt bad cuz i only had 5 in cash to give the delivery man ? i wish a had extra for tip but mind you, this was them correcting my original order. He was gracious, no attitude so if i see him again i will tip a dollar or 2 extra.

there seems to be new ownership in this restaurant, and they are honestly amazing from customer service, to the food tasting amazing. This is the change this business needed. Will definitely keep ordering from this place !!!

Been ordering from this place for years. Since they changed owners recently, the quality of the pizza has fallen. Ordered a regular pie a few days ago and the tomato sauce on the pizza tasted off, very bitter. The structure of a regular pie was also small compared to its price. And comparing that to other pizza places nearby, you can definitely get a better deal somewhere else.

There seems to have been a change at Mamma Gina’s recently, because their pizza has been awful now two times in a row. My family has been ordering from here ever since they’ve opened and have always had a great experience.Unfortunately their pizza has gone downhill in quality over the past few months. The crust on their regular pizza tasted oddly sweet, and most recently their Grandma’s pie has sauce on it that tastes like ketchup was dumped on it. No garlic or any fresh ingredients.I’m not sure if there was a change in ownership, but I don’t think my family will be ordering from Mamma Gina’s anymore sadly.
