Service is always slow here , the drive thru wait is… i guess acceptable , but I did a pick up order for the counter , to which I waited over 20 minutes from originally ordering it. It seemed like the focus was on the drive thru that doesn’t move that quickly to begin with.

If you want a incomplete order or missing items go for it. They take so long to process an order.
I ordered on doordash and they forgot my large fries, I tried telling my doordasher and he/she was nice enough to go back and get them, they said they put it in the bag which was false and my doordasher texted me that I had to call them. I tried calling and they hung up multiple times. Never experienced something like this. Be cautious when ordering from here.

I go to this place very often and everytime they mess up my order last monday i have ordered 3 fries and they gave me only 2 and tonight i ordered pickup at drive thru, a spicy wrap with no cheese and they gave me no lettuce with cheese. I opened it when i got home even on the paper instructions it clearly says no cheese. i am allergic to cheese. Unhappy.
