The employee in morning shift is to nasty with customers you ask for a ketchup and they trhu in couter not even give in your hand and they talking to much customer waiting for there orders

Clean interior and workers are usually courteous. Food is consistent. Only thing is with everything being automated, it takes times for workers to appear at the front. To pick up orders can take awhile if the drive thru is packed bc the workers are focused on that and you're pretty much expected to order off the kiosks.

Y'all really know how to mess up someone's night. Mobile ordered a Big Mac with extra sauce, got a Big Mac with NO sauce. Vanilla milkshake not available, no refund option. Hot chocolate lid wasn't on right, spilled everywhere.
I should have known something was going to go wrong when a child came to the window and hot chocolate wasn't broken for once đ€Šđ

they stop making shakes when itâs âtoo slowâ as if itâs not their job to make shakes when a customer asks for one. this has happened to me on 3 separate occasions at this location. if youâre open 24 hours i should be able to order whatever i want no matter how slow it is. guaranteed its just lazy workers.

Tried the Chicken BigMac, it did not disappoint! I will be going back as itâs limited. They should just make it apart of the menu. It pretty much a big chicken nugget (same crunchy consistency as a nugget).

I went to buy my 3yr old a happy meal and when I got home it had a bitten nugget in it and they also forgot to put his fries in the basket so disgusting and there always usually very rude employees at this location window service wise. I tired to call and they donât even answer ridiculous.
Its a McDonalds. Expect mid food. Slow service. All at overly inflated prices!

A very bad experience I went to apply for a job 2 people did my interview the next day I arrived because I had to bring my documents a rude woman tells me that my documents are false and that she can't give me the job because the documents I presented were false a horrible and humiliating experience because previously I worked at McDonalds and I have all my documents in order, I was disrespected and a woman so abusive and unfortunately Hispanic, we are in a world so bad that where the worst enemy of a Hispanic is another Hispanic that is a discrimination against me to assume that my documents are false something so horrible and humiliating what they did to me in that McDonalds without even having foundations without submitting my documents in the system we are in times in which people try to humiliate discriminate, no one has the right to assume or think that the documents are false without having substantiated proof, total discrimination. Horrible experience đ

Not one to complain. I donât even eat McDonaldâs but tonight I had no choice. Ibe had better service from 10 sunrise McDonaldâs but but 1am on 09/29/2024 they served me cold fries, hamburger with hard bread the Mc chicken was good cuz I had chick-fil-a ranch sauce to dip in. Reason I pulled it out the fridge cuz they forgot my bbq and sweet and sour sauce never again will I visit this MCDS
