Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Me and my boyfriend heard a lot about this place. We get here to try food. The man who show us the table was nice. ( the table we sit was nice to ) When we sit down us waitress came. I dont remember her name. Skinny pretty black girl. She was so disrespectful to us. When she asked if we need cheese I dont even responded but she already left. Empty plates was standing for 10m without attention, she wasn't busy. When its get to the payment she wont wait to my man finish the call, just started talk over even after I showed her that she need to wait. I would think is something wrong with us but she had same attitude to other clients.
About the food: I was expecting better, it's nice but not for me. To much sous so I couldn't finish the plate, pasta overcooked but flavor its nice. Just to much for me

It honestly was a great time for me and my girlfriend. We didn't wait long, and service was fast and polite. It was a great time. Food was good too. We both got pastas with the salad and beeadsticks. It was a great time.

I have visited Olive garden in valley stream on numerous occasions for many years, and I always order the same meal. However, at 1pm today the waitress was the absolute worst. First she kept calling me mommy which in my opinion is rude she was also loud and obnoxious. So I start placing my order which was soup and salad and then also another order for eggplant parmesan and I literally pointed to each item as I ordered. So she brings me my soup I finished my soup and then I asked her if she was going to break the salad and she said no you get either or I said no on the menu you get salad with your soup. She then proceeded to tell me oh that's not what you ordered you can pay for the salad if you want but it doesn't come with it you ordered incorrectly and then she told me she was getting frustrated with me and started yelling. I have never seen anything like that in my entire life and was completely baffled by her outburst. If you know me you know that I'm the nicest person in the world this young lady was extremely rude I couldn't even believe my ears so my spouse and I ended up leaving I was so disappointed.

I came with my lady and the staff treated us with respect and tended to our request with grace. Our waiter Saiful was such a gentleman and was great! Definitely was a great impression for my lady as it was her first time. She was very impressed.

Terrible experience. Came to celebrate my daughter’s 11th birthday and it was terrible. Waiting time and service was a nightmare. Requested a manager and the manager never showed. I will never come back here.

I have never been to Olive Garden. Ever. Decided to come because it's close to my home and I have a flight early the next day. Needed a quick dinner. The most impressive part of my visit was my server Malik. He was absolutely phenomenal in his ability to take care of a whole area of about 30 people. Not only did he served us with a smile and great attitude, he was a was very sweet. Food was great but id come back just to have HIM serve us again. Great job Malik! Thank you.

This location offers long waits and very slow service. Food is good enough but I prefer the Roosevelt Field location which is far far better in terms of customer service

Literally waited 1 hr to be presented to a sever and get our drinks, then we got our salad and ordered our food and still waited 1 hr to get our food , in the mean time no one told us that there system was down so we felt as if we were just forgotten , when the food came we didn’t even want to eat at all!
Very bad service we are never coming back here again.
