Busy evening and waiter overwhelmed didn't do refills forgot flatware and waited Abt hour for entrees which were very little sauce and extra ordered never came until manager assisted who was gracious and helpful ordered a take home entree and the waiter just slid on table with attitudeUnderstand he was there since morning then he shouldn't be working double with attitude and also forgot the bread uggghTime to pay I told manager of bad experience and she took Abt 15 percent off tab which was appreciated but needless to say one of worst experiences we've had and will be awhile before returning

My wifey and I had a great Experience she really enjoyed having Happy birthday sung to her. The waitresses surprised her plus they comp"d one Dessert ? ??You can always expect great food at Olive garden and the atmosphere is very clean tidy and cosy.

My man and I went Sunday afternoon, and did not have the best experience. His Salmon was half way cooked, our server completed his own survey while we paid the bill. We noticed him doing the survey and asked him why, All the while he explained by justifying that people do not fill out the surveys. He brought out the breadsticks without the salad, did not ask for allergens, nor did he ask us if we wanted water. He also brought a half empty wine bottle to pour not even a full glass, for the experience (noted) Our last experience was way different so idk what happened that day but it was not pleasant

Service was not 100%, the waiter seemed sleepy, food was good, atmosphere was good, quiet.
Choosing Olive Garden for dinner ended in disappointment, leaving us embarrassed for our choice. Despite our anticipation of a pleasant meal, the service was slow, with significant delays in receiving our food. Even after inquiries and a lengthy wait, our orders were still not fulfilled and we never received our food. Waiting for over an hour and a half. The supervisor eventually apologized and offered to cover our bill, the overall experience felt careless and left us with no desire to return.

This is my favorite Olive Garden. It’s very close to my house, the food is always consistent and today I got a strawberry margarita that was, wow! Our server, Lisa is a gem. We’ve had her a few times and her service is always amazing! The food always comes out great, we never feel rushed, but she’s always available when you need her. Always a pleasant experience.
If I can give this place a zero I would. Waited 30 minutes for my order to be taken after I told the waiter I need to order and people came in after me and got served before me. Waiter was completely clueless and place was packed and understaffed. Highly do not recommend avoid at all costs unless you like waiting 30 mins to be served
