I went to Papa John's 583 W. Merrick Rd., Valleystream on 20th April to pick up my pizza order because my wife had already ordered online and she had paid but I thought the pizza was one order but my wife ordered two pizzas. So I went there, I told my wife's name and said give me my order and he started looking for it so I told him that there is one pizza order but I didn't know my wife had ordered two pizza so he Told me tell me your order number because it's not one pizza it's two and I went back to my car and brought my wife's mobile phone and showed it to him He saw the order number and gave me two orders of pizza and when I took the pizza and told him that I was not lying to you, he abused me in his own language in Punjabi language and I said to him. I understood Punjabi language and I was very hurt and he harassed me and followed me and abused me in front of my family in Punjabi so what should I say to him and I will not go to this location again. now I go to another location to get Papa John's pizza because my kids love Papa John's pizza and Now I go to another location to get pizza but I'm so sad that he did this to me I just wanted to say this and I haven't slept in two days because he insulted me in front of my family that . I was a customer and I didn't say anything wrong to him, I didn't abuse him.

Business must be good because it was busy, HOWEVER customer service skills need to be improved when dealing with the public. It was chaotic with walk ins and people picking up UBEReats and Doordash. Maybe consider hiring more people to manage the front.

I ordered pizza from this place and received it cold and burnt. when i called to speak to a manager about it I was given an attitude followed by him telling me it wasn't there pizza after sending them a picture of there burnt pizza. He said he would get back to me yet I'm still waiting to hear from him. VERY RUDE and
