Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Ordered turkey for Thanksgiving and when I went to get turkey, was told that a black man with a beard had already picked up MY turkey on Nov. 15, 2024. If my pick up dates were Nov. 17-Nov.22, 2024, why would you give my turkey to someone on Nov. 15? Why have pick up date options if you don't abide by them. They refused to give me another turkey or a refund even after showing my receipt and my last order transaction on my Popeye's App which clearly showed that I ordered on Nov. 7, 2024 @ 6:04 p.m. They gave me the run around and a name and number of someone, who supposedly, owns the franchise, but that was to no avail because he never answered the phone or returned my phone calls. I felt like they thought I was trying to scam them for a free turkey, when in reality, I feel like they SCAMMED me. Someone in there made a mistake and now I have to suffer the consequences. They were very dismissive and unconcerned, now I'm out of $65.16. Hopefully Corporate can assist me in getting my refund. I NOR MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS WILL EVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME AT THIS PARTICULAR FRANCHISE LOCATION!

I hadn’t had Popeyes in a long time, but I decided to stop by for their tender family meal—and it really exceeded my expectations! The tenders were crunchy, flavorful, and, surprisingly, not greasy at all. The meal was priced well, especially for a family-sized option, and I loved that each person could choose their own sides. It was the perfect combo for four people, making it an easy go-to for a satisfying and delicious meal. Definitely worth it!

I like to eat their 5pc Chicken Tenders, Fries, a Biscuit, a side of Homestyle Mac and Cheese, and Fanta Orange it’s very good.
I don’t remember when it was the last time that I came here, but the foods here are so good. When I looked at the Mac and Cheese it was mushed, but it was still yummy though. I also like to eat the Fried Chicken a few times doesn’t matter if is Chicken Drumsticks or Chicken Thighs, but it’s good. I like the biscuits here. I eat that a few times. I also decided to try the Wild Honey Mustard and it was so good too. I wanna come here again more often.

This place is run by the people who don’t have any clue about customer service. Apart from their non-welcoming attitudes, they are highly arrogant. Not sure, Popeyes has a provision to train them as they disgrace Popeyes name. For $25 meal order, they are highly stingy about sauce and napkins. The dine-in ambience is horrible and dirty. Popeyes should improve their coleslaw taste and cajun fries should be more crispy. If your kids want to dine-in, don’t go there. You have to ask for napkins thousand time for sure.

Highly dissatisfied, my DoorDash order was just canceled because your incompetent server gave my order away to someone one else and for whatever reason my order could not be replaced. Corporate will be hearing from me!

I have never seen chicken wings so small in my entire life and I'm old. I asked how much for two chicken wings and a coleslaw. It came up to $11.39. I took it to go. The coleslaw was disgusting and the wings must have come off of a midget chicken. What a rip off. Go somewhere else for your food. Fool me once....
