Have been here a few times. Biggest cons is the food doesn't come out together. We had a party of 5 and everyone dish came out one at a time. About 10 min in between. That's not rly acceptable. Took about 30 min for appetizers and about an hour between first person's dinner coming out and the 5th person. They shouldn't be expediting the kitchen this way. Everyone's meals should come out together. A few other parties were there and the same issues/complaints came from them as well. The wait time is excessive for what they charge. The food is decent but the kitchen expedition and service wait times makes the pricing not acceptable. Unfortunately won't be coming back anymore

We had dinner at Samâs Steak, and it was an average experience. The food was okayânothing particularly special, but not bad either. Some dishes lacked flavor, and the quality didnât quite match the price.
The service was a bit slow. We had to wait longer than expected for orders and refills.
The atmosphere was decent, but it didnât stand out. While the setting was comfortable, it lacked a unique vibe that would make me want to come back.
Overall, itâs not a terrible place, but there are definitely better options for the price.
The food was good, so I gave the waiter a cash tip as appreciation, but when I came home I was that I was charged on my credit with the tip money as well. Not appreciated!

It was cold outside. As soon as we walked in I realized it was the same inside. Over that, they made us sit right next to the entrance door where itâs the coldest. The service was cold as well, no one really cared even though I asked to be seated elsewhere where I noticed empty seats. They refused to seat us elsewhere. Waited over 10 minutes to order. After the waiter didnât show, we walked out. Food may have been good, who knows. The service and atmosphere was definitely not it.

I went this restaurant many time with my wife and with my friends. I really love the food there. I will go often if the service is as good as the food. Since there is not lots of halal steak restaurant to choose I came here. I order filet mignon, ribeye steak, shrimp fry and fries. I asked the waiter to give me the fries with the steak so I can have with my steak. Same thing happens several time. Always served fired with my appetizer. This time I had write this, so unfortunate. I mean no harm but make aware to this restaurant owner. Please have someone to take care of this place. A very well organized waiter.

Steak was not cooked correctly to temp and was not cooked evenly.
I ordered chicken volcano sandwich and Alfredo pasta. The chicken sandwich tastes like it was a fish sandwich I donât know probably they just used the same oil or what but it was really bad and the bun wasnât fresh. Never going back

Just an all around well run restaurant!
Parking: Plenty of parking around the time we went (4pm on Friday)
Kid-friendliness: I saw they had high chairs for kids & there were kids quietly enjoying meals with their families.
