New owner berated me for using an American Express card for my food purchase because he had negative prior experiences with American Express regarding a hotel refund issue. He also yells at people parking nearby and the customers next door at the laundromat. I won’t be returning.

Went in with low expectations, but was pleasantly surprised. Picked up a Grandma pie with garlic knots. Both were delicious...soft, crispy, and flavorful. Not much to look at, next to the train tracks, but criminally underrated. Already looking forward to going back.

Great Pizza and Im picky. Good quality food, price and service. Very convenient location. Always was cozy n delicious. Clean, friendly, fast service etc.
Stopped in with my son for a slice and it was near closing time, so we got two grandma slices and sat down to eat. Then we decided to get a plain pie to go. Scottio was very friendly, chatted for a bit while the pizza cooked. It was my first time there, but I'll be back. Garlic knots are killer, and the pie is thick old school crust with a nice flavorful sauce and just the right amount of cheese. Nice to meet you, Scottio!

Place has tanked since it was Pizza Amore. As a patron of the later for 40 years this dosnt compare. The new owner (previous employee i believe) needs a lesson in manors. Has a real attitude problem and he's always "out of" stuff. In the land of pizza on every corner...try another. You've lost a customer.
