They messed up my order and when I called for them to fix it the manager was being very disrespectful and nasty. He said that he's not changing anything or giving me a refund because that's what I ordered. The stuff doesn't taste the same. The food taste is inconsistent. When you reach out to corporate they're no help either.

Went to the valleystream location. Picked up my mobile order which was a strawberry limeade slush, got home tasted the slush and it tasted horrible. Tastes like someone just added food coloring to soda. Called the store to see if they could just remake the item and I was met by an individual who has terrible customer service. Was told that's what I ordered , and they would not be making anything over. Was told by the store manager that he has a solution for me and I would not like his response. Called corporate and was told that I would take about 48 business hour before I can receive a refund, because they would have to investigate. DO BETTER.

I waited in the drive-through line for a side of fries for 20 minutes. ridiculously slow and pay more attention to the uber eats people than the people waiting in line. update: the fries were cold and stale

Love the rollerblading staff on a sunny Sat afternoon.. great food and great service!!! They deserve full respect and $2-$3 gratuity for their hard work!!
Our second time having Sonic and we love it! They don’t shrink their burgers like another fast food change with “M” initial. :)

Love the food. The only thing that makes me uncomfortable is when the lady at the drive-thru window looks at the numbers on my credit card. Makes me feel like she plans on using my information. They should be more professional and have the card with the information side down at all times. I dont know why she had to keep looking at the back of my card. They should be professional all the time. Again, the food is great. Love the servers on the roller blades.

Truth be told I haven’t been to this location in years. I can remember visiting this and other locations, even as far as Florida, and I’ve always enjoyed the food. I pulled in everything seemed normal, business as usual, everything was clean. Although it was not too busy, about five cars including mine were waiting. The woman on the speaker seemed very nice and even apologized for the short wait. So I made my order, and surprisingly the food was by my door in no more that 2 minutes, I was pleased with the quick service, but very disappointed with what was inside the bag. The burger looked like it was put together by a three year old. The picture that I looked at when making my order, was a far cry from what I got. On the other hand, the slushy with the nerds was amazing , and onion rings were just OK. I guess that’s why they call it fast food.

The server came over and quickly handed me the food and took off before I can ask for anything. My burger was cold and doesn't look edible. I think they smushed the burger down. Not sure The fries were okay, warm, not hot. - See pictures.
