Food is fast, prices are right and staff is friendly

Today at approximately 11:00 AM, my husband and I used the park and eat area to place an order. My husband used my card to make the payment. After a few minutes, the server delivered the food to the car, and we were informed that Stall #9 card swipe was not working. The server stated "Sometimes the swiper does not work". As a result, I gave him a $50.00 bill to pay for the $26.00 order. The server left, and returned to the car and gave me a total of $3.00 dollars change. I said to my husband that this amount is not correct, so I went to the employee section of Sonic and informed that the change was wrong. A few minutes later, the server gave me the remainder of the change. I was disappointed because of poor customer service as it pertains to being given the incorrect change and the server's inability to say thank you for the tip he received prior to the drama. It would be recommendable for the servers to be trained on effective customer service while ensuring that they give the correct amount of change to customers.

Joshua is the absolute best!! he’s so so kind and absolutely kickass on those skates! Whoever owns this Sonic needs to give that man a raise because he deserves it. i’m so serious 10/10

I rather drive to East Meadow if I want sonics that’s bad. The monitor for the drive thru never seems to work. So on this particular day Jessica C (name on my receipt) told me to hold on and never came back. So I decided to drive up and she then took the other 2 cars behind me order and not once acknowledge that I was at the window. He attitude was the worst very disgusting. When she eventually took my order which was just 2 shakes and a Cherry limeade slush . She gave me something looking like a Shirley temple. I told the guy who came to the window because she ignored me knocking on the glass that there was nothing slushy about my drink. He remade the drink and it was an epic fail. I asked to speak to the supervisor. When she came the the window. I expressed to her that the young lady who took my order shouldn’t be taking orders because she seems to be having a bad day. She apologized and went on to say they were all there since morning and they are short staff and doing the best they can. My response to her was regardless of the fact that’s bad customer service and no worries I’ll be leaving this review.

The food here is so good, especially their vanilla shakes. The only problem I have is that when I order to eat in their outdoor seating area, the app doesn't let me put in the correct stall # which is #25. I didn’t have this issue until recently.
Such a bad business, they make you get into these parking slots, make you wait, and then tell you to come to the door to pick up your soda, etc, waiting there for like 10 minutes.SO STUPID! SO UNPROFESSIONAL! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Waited 15 minutes and was still not helped even though there was only a handful of cars in the bays. Could hear the staff joking around on the speaker instead of taking

The girl who takes the order had a terrible attitude every time i come here. I feel she should not be allowed to work at this establishment because it really makes me not want to come here just because she always! Speaks like she has a attitude. The only thing i like about coming here is the customer service and the talent of the guy who rides on the skates during the day.
Great experience, especially since my bank locked my card! They brought the good out but I couldn’t pay right way, so they made it fresh when i was able to get my card unlocked!
Keyla served us badly, she was not friendly, I told her combo 3 but she said combo 2.. really bad customer service he repeated us 5 times anything else.She asked very quickly, we couldn't understand her.?

Today at 5:20 PM , I went by car and ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 strawberry shakes for myself and my daughter, which cost 30 dollars. When we ate, the smell of meat was bad, but we were hungry and ate. Immediately, both of us vomited and have severe heartaches. My kid is very sick and we cannot go to the hospital. We are in the worst situation. My daughter is very pale and has severe heartache. I call the store but no one answers. I paid $30 and now I have to pay a lot of money for the doctor or the pharmacy. It was my worst experience.
