starbucks for me is a treat so when i ordered a hot chocolate i waited i saw other people that came after me were receiving their orders and i asked the jamaican girl where is my order and she had an attitude then i got my hot chocolate and it tasted like warm milk no chocolate ..i did not bother to go back or will i ever be buying any drink from there ever again .

This Starbucks location inside Target could really use a major customer service tune-up. The staff often appear unprofessional and immature, with more attention given to side conversations than to the customers standing in front of them.

As closing time approaches, customers are frequently told they are “out of” basic items, which comes across as a tactic to discourage anyone from placing an order rather than an actual supply issue. That experience alone makes it not worth approaching the counter.

I also question the staffing and management here. I’ve seen this location unable to open at all due to lack of staff, which raises concerns about hiring and scheduling. It’s unclear whether these are Target employees or Starbucks employees, but either way, accountability seems to be missing.

Additionally, while hair nets are worn, they are ineffective when hair is still visibly outside of them—so what is the purpose? Basic food-service standards should be taken more seriously.

Overall, it’s disappointing to see such a decline in customer service, especially during busy times when efficiency and professionalism matter most. This location has potential, but it clearly needs better oversight, training, and customer-focused staff.

the old black lady is very rude and lazy , she tells customer she doesn’t have certain items because she doesn’t to go to the back and look for them , she made my drink wrong after correction multiple times and her attitude is very condescending as if she isn’t supposed to be serving me…

The line was very slow. I should have left, but I stayed to order iced pecan oatmilk latte. It seemed like all 3 workers were teenagers that just woke up. The girl making my drink had no idea what she was doing, plus she had dirt under her fingernails, and wasn't wearing gloves. When she bent down, her thongs were showing a lot. They told me they had no oatmilk, too. I left the store and threw out my latte. It tasted gross and looked gross, and I lost my appetite just from being there.

I did not catch the name of the woman who helped me unfortunately, but she was very cordial and pleasant. I came by 5/15/25 at 7:30 PM or so, she was by herself, I would like her to be recognized by higher management. When making my matcha latte she asked me how I like it (more sweet or bitter), which is something a Starbucks employee hadn’t asked me before so I was pleasantly surprised. When I told her I like it either way, she made it less sweet and it was honestly the best matcha latte I’ve had at a Starbucks! I appreciate her going the extra mile to make sure my drink was perfect. I had a hard day at work and she made it a little better. Thank you!

Racist young black women at Starbucks counter on a Saturday morning. This morning I experienced racism by two young baristas at Starbucks. They were rude condescending and disgusting. I would not recommend going to this Starbucks. They raised their voices at me. Asked if I would like to buy the cup I gave them for personal cup usage, (which is the butterfly design from last fall, obviously a prior purchase, as it was washed and label free) they traded places in interrogating me and speaking to me in a derogatory manner. Absolutely disgusting. Buyer beware... Direct racism displayed skipped on line by other persons their same race! 2 customers before were treated with common courtesy which where their same race, but myself not their race, with a child was treated horribly.

0 if possible. I went today 02/06/25 and ordered 3 drinks and the two ladies working had the nastiest attitude I’ve ever seen at a coffee shop. Made my drinks absolutely disgusting put way too much ice and barely any milk and tried to gaslight me into thinking that’s how it’s made 🤣 as if I’ve never bought the drink before. I told them it’s never made that dark. And she told you whoever you go to wasn’t making it right lmfaoooo. I still paid for the extra Oatmilk and the drinks still tasted disgusting. The workers there need to be trained to have a more welcoming approach and not be so rude. Literally not a smile no hello no thank you just judgmental looks and eye rolls w snarky attitude.
