I've always been a loyal customer of Starbucks, but my recent visit left me incredibly disappointed and frustrated. Every time I go, it seems like they never have the ingredients to make the drinks I want. It's beyond frustrating to wait in line, only to be told that they're out of essential ingredients like milk, whip cream , and ice!On top of that, the staff doesn't seem to care about the inconvenience they're causing customers. They offer little to no apology or explanation, leaving me feeling undervalued and unappreciated as a customer.

The young guy that works there is very rude and doesn’t even let you speak when you placing the order, and after he made a mistake he does not even apologized . He wanted me to make the long line again because he forgot to charge me for a sandwich and I didn’t mind paying for it and he still wanted to force me to make a huge line again. Very rude and disrespectful, not usually what Starbucks is about.

Shanaya Was literally texting and talking to her co-worker about outside related things while I was trying to make my order. I had to repeat myself and she had such a nasty attitude. Starbucks needs to do something about the staff there. Worst Starbucks I have been to.

Garbage full, The staff at this place does not look professional, it seems like they just got out of bed, there is rust on one of the trays where they place the coffee to come out, coffee stains scattered on the counter and the floor. a dirty store with poor service, they took more than 20 minutes to prepare my coffee and they prepared it poorly.

This is the WORST Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The workers are Terrible. They have nasty attitudes and appear to have zero interest in taking orders or preparing drinks or food in a timely fashion. Even as the first person in line on multiple occasions, I’ve waited 10-15 minutes to have my order taken. The teenage girls at the counter roll their eyes and snap their necks at you as if they aren’t being paid to work there. The lines are so slow that people just give up and leave. This is not the kind of service I expect at Starbucks or from Starbucks employees. This Starbucks is extremely ghetto. Gross.

I went to this Starbucks inside of Target in Valley Stream and the barista on duty was very unprofessional and inconsiderate. There was several customers such as myself waiting to order and she held up the line for 15 minutes to make food and beverages for the other employees at Target. She did not even apologize for the wait. It is unacceptable for paying customers to have to wait for service while the employees are served. I will be writing corporate about this.

My husband , My Brother we go to Starbucks Everyday morning and afternoon everydayMonday to Sunday 7 days a week. AISHA from 839 SUNRISE HWY LYNBROOK NY she is the most helpful and Friendly person in Starbucks that I go to she know perfectly how to make my cofffe very way high star card customer service always smiling, always greet you with a BIG!! Smile. I wish you have more employee she brings the cheer!! of our days everytime we come. She deserve to be promote as a Manager or dearer e a raise GREAT JOB!!! AISHA FOR BEING A GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY HIGH STANDARDFROM JOHN, MARY, and my brother NEIL..By the way the morning crew is great especial Aisha

TERRIBLE!!! Stay away from This Starbucks, specially from Michelle and her “barista” coworker. I visited 05/11/23 and first, there was a line of 3-5 people… and even tho I was the 2nd in line, we all waited about 20-25 min to be taken care of. Insane when Michelle and her “Barista” where basically chatting, hanging out with Target employees (which also skipped the line in front of everyone), on their phones and preparing every order in the slowest way possible… Michelle is so shameless that she spent like 5 min “selecting options on a screen” just to warm up a sandwich. Like come on, this is not The Union, you make a salary out of Customers Money and still don’t wanna do your job… like, if you dislike your life or your job, just quit, both of them if you want, it is that easy!!!Finally when MICHELLE took my order, in the rudest & careless way, she decided to NOT let me know that one of the item that I order wasn’t available, but she still charged me for it. I spent almost $30 and the total wait was about 35 min, just to receive my order WRONG… as they didn’t have the coffee I PAID FOR, She gave me whatever came to her mind instead (I ordered Caramel Macchiato, she gave me a Mocha Latte)… at this point I’m late for work and left… but I leave you my experience so you are warned what to expect from Michelle and her “barista”. Good luck getting anything from this Starbucks.P.S. on the video you can see how the line never moved and their are just gossiping and making fun of the people in line… poor Michelle, I can see why your attitude is so salty, but girl there’s No one to blame but yourself… your life must be so sad …

the cashier was constantly talking to a friend instead of serving customers. Why does the cashier both make coffee and take orders? terrible service. I have never waited for my order for so long.

Came with my grandparents who are loyal starbucks customers. At our local starbucks the employees prepare my grandfather's coffee before he even says anything because he's there every day at the same time for the same drink for the past 10+ years. We were in the Target and decided to stop for his coffee and wanted to use his points because he has a lot accumulated and the drink was expensive (around $10).1. Even after repeating multiple times that we wanted to use points, they charged us $10 on the card instead and then when we realized and said something, the manager was rude and just basically shrugged and told us "it's too late and we can't do anything about it" even though it was their fault2. My grandfather asked for light ice and watched as they filled the cup with ice. He then said again "I asked for light ice" and the employee just brushed him off once again and said ok and didn't take any ice out. We didn't even have the issue of them filling the cup 3/4ths of the way for light ice, they fully just ignored my grandfather.3. Since we wanted to use his points and not the credit card and they weren't making the drink right, my grandmother told them to forget it and asked for a refund because they had been going back and forth on the whole points thing for awhile and she gave up. The manager gave her attitude and then refunded her $7 (and some cents, i can't remember the number) in a gift card. She was like "the drink was $10, why did you only refund me $7" and they gave more attitude and finally gave her back $2 and some cents. The overall total refunded didn't equal the amount we paid (literally just a few cents off) and so my grandmother asked why they couldn't just refund her the full amount she paid and they told her "that was for taxes and we can't give that back"Horrible customer service. Complete inability to follow simple instructions. Someone needs to teach both the employees and the manager/supervisor how to interact with customers. I thought at first it might have been discrimination because my grandparents don't speak English well and are Asian, but now I see that the employees here are just bad in general. The employees at this location are giving Starbucks a bad name and it definitely isn't every starbucks. Many other locations are excellent so if you can, avoid this one at all costs and go to another starbucks in the area or just suffer the same terrible experience as everyone else who made the mistake of coming here. Never ever coming back here again.
