Do not order from here. Without fail they will get your order wrong. I ordered a tuna sandwich, and explicitly told them not to heat the tuna and the bread only. They failed to do the simplest of things. Honestly, corporate needs to get involved with this location.

The service sucks!!!! . I went inside to get sub and I am asking the guy to change his gloves because he touching everything than try to make a sub for me . I asked him again can you please change your gloves he said this is how we operate in all subways . I would be eating there ever!!! Of course I just walked out .

ACCORDING TO THE AMERICAN DISABILITIES ACT (ADA) OF 1990, SPECIFICALLY IN TITLE III, IT IS FEDERAL LAW THAT REQUIRES ALL RESTAURANTS TO MAKE REASONABLE ACCOMODATIONS FOR PEOPLES WITH DISABILITIES. THE LAW'S GOAL IS TO REMOVE BARRIERS AND INCREASE ACCESSIBILITY, COMMUNICATION, AND QUALITY OF LIFE FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES. THIS SUBWAYS DISCRIMINATES AGAINST PEOPLE WITH VISIBLE DISABILITIES. IT DOES NOT ACCOMODATE ACCESSIBILITY FOR THOSE WHO HAVE DIFFICULTY WITH AMBULATING, FOR THOSE WHO HAVE DIFFICULTY SHIFTING LEFT AND RIGHT WHILE AMBULATING OR THOSE WHO HAVE DIFFICULTY WITH BALANCE WHILE AMBULATING. MY MOTHER WAS INSISTED BY THE OWNER TO WALK FORWARDS IN LINE AFTER SHE EXPLAINED SHE COULD NOT WALK DUE TO A DISABILITY. SHE TRIED ORDERING FROM THE CASH REGISTER BECAUSE SHE WAS NOT ABLE TO WALK FORWARDS, BUT KNEW WHAT SHE HAD WANTED TO ORDER. THIS SERVICE SHOULD HAVE BEEN PROVIDED TO HER BEING THAT IT IS ALREADY PROVIDED BY THE EMPLOYEES FOR CUSTOMERS WHO ORDER ONLINE VIA APP. THIS SERVICE SHOULD HAVE BEEN PROVIDED BECAUSE SHE HAS A DISABILITY WHICH WAS COMMUNICATED TO THE OWNER OF THE STORE. HE HAS FAILED TO PROVIDE REASONABLE ACCOMODATIONS FOR HER TO MAKE AN ORDER FROM WHERE SHE STOOD AT THE CASH REGISTER, KNOWING THAT AFTER SHE TOLD HIM SHE HAS A DISABILITY AND IS UNABLE TO WALK, HE DID NOT MAKE IT REASONABLY POSSIBLE FOR HER TO ORDER FROM WHERE SHE STOOD AT THE CASH REGISTER BY INSISTING HER TO WALK FORWARDS. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SUED IN CIVIL CLAIMS COURT FOR DISCRIMINATION.

"It's hard to judge; maybe these older people working here are relatives and need the income. They might be a little slow, but they're doing a great job for their age. However, what bothers me is the young person. He is too distracted and doesn't move the line fast enough. Please check the cameras. I hope you have a one-on-one with them."

I had a really negative experience here. A Sikh boy was working at the counter, and when I stood in front of him, he didn't greet me at all. Yet, he said "hi" and "hello" to the person right behind me. When I asked if they had a tuna fish sandwich, his response was unenthusiastic, and he even called someone else from inside to make my sandwich. I have an appearance somewhat like Indians, although I am not Indian. There are tensions between Sikh and Hindu communities in India; could this be why he treated me so rudely? I am not Hindu, after all, but I still felt very bad. While I will continue shopping at Walmart, I won't be buying food from them anymore.

I was waiting to order my sandwich and a male Subway employee who has a ponytail was making other sandwiches (two sandwiches at a time) so I was asking if he took the customers behind me before me because I was listening to music and didn’t see what they were talking about. They seemed to have skipped me and I was telling him that I was next in line. I started talking to him politely and he continued making the sandwiches with his head bowed down and refused to acknowledge me and pretended not to hear me even though I kept talking to him. Another Subway employee started talking to him and he started talking to the other employee. I asked the other Subway employee to tell the Subway employee who was ignoring me and pretended that I wasn’t even worth talking to or acknowledging in any way, to talk to me like a normal person. The Subway employee who was ignoring me then proceeded to put his hand to my face and told me that he was busy talking to the other Subway employee. I walked away and told him that I would leave a Google review about that particular Subway and his horrible way of treating customers. This happened on Wednesday, 06/12/2024, between 8:30 pm and 8:50 pm, so his employers can check the cameras to see exactly how rudely he behaved.

I ordered Turkey Cali club it was the poorest sandwich I ever ate the Indian guy was so cheap I didn't taste no turkey no cheese the sandwich was so empty I tasted only the bread .. sandwich is not worth it at all I had to leave and get something else to eat . They didn't put any meat in my sandwich ? lol for the amount you pay it's not worth it. The turkey that was suppose to be on it went on vacation. Barely two slices. Never again will they get my hard earned money ? l need some antidepressants because that sandwich ? looked depressing!

Every time there is a big wait time to take order. Even if none is in front of me, I have to wait at least 5 to 10 minutes for no reason. Then, they always give less meat and veggie in the bun. You are not giving discount for giving less food. Then why saving food for no reason?
