I called the restaurant directly to order out and the person taking my order had no knowledge of the menu. I shouldn't have to tell you what the meal comes with and the substitutes. I understand mistakes can happen, but if I specifically tell you what I want twice you shouldn't mess that up. Plus, after I got home one of my meals was missing the chicken, had to drive all the way back there. Cmon yall, take pride in your job.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent dining experience at this location of TGI Fridays. Despite being seated promptly, it took over 10 plus minutes for a server to even acknowledge our presence, let alone take our order. Once our food finally arrived another 20 minutes later, it was underwhelming. The Cajun chicken and shrimp pasta lacked flavor, and the BBQ wings were overly saucy. The mozzarella sticks were a particular letdown, with the cheese tasting stale. The poor service and subpar food made for a truly disappointing meal. They were not even busy to justify giving this poor service. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
