Requested a mermaid cake for my daughters birthday the following day and they did not disappoint! Great customer service , professional and beautiful cake. Was ready in less than 24 hours! Definitely going to start ordering from them for future events.

My mother got a cake from here, the presentation was beautiful but the cake itself was so bad we couldn't even cut it , we did not eat it and try to return the costumer service was horrible, we ask for a better tasting cake or a partial refund , they didn't even bother to fix the issue we left all the cake complete in the store , mind you this was a $210 cake for a big party all we ask was for something another alternative a better tasting cake or a partial refund , we return the cake complete

The worst cake and the worst customer service, I got a cake and I was excited but the cake was impossible to cut and also very dry, I called them saying what happened with cake, they told that they can give me part of my money back and I was ok with that, but I went there with the cake and they told the cake is very moist and is good....I let the cake over there because but they did not gave me part of my money back as they told me by the phone. Honestly, the worst cake is very dry, and nobody ate at the party...I paid 210! Just to sing, happy birthday !°

I frequent The Goodie Bag for any of their scrumptious treats!! I love everything they have to offer but I especially appreciate the warm, compassionate and attentive service I receive each and every time I step in this welcoming bakery or order online for an event! While I have had cakes, cupcakes and cake pops made there for special occasions, I make sure to always pick up their Cookies and Cream cookie, Chocolate Dream Parfait, Banana Pudding and Grandma Juice—but really everything is a delight to eat!! They also have fun cake decorating workshops and community events!! This family owned bakery is always worth a stop!!
I’ve been dealing with these young ladies for a long time and i can honestly say I’m always pleased with everything i get, from custom cakes to cookies and cupcakes. Everything is always delicious and decorated the way i want it

I heard about this place and wanted to give them a try. So, I purchased some cupcakes and cookies. The cupcakes look really good but are just okay for me. I love all things red velvet and their red velvet was a little disappointing, it tasted like strawberry box cake, not bad just doesn't taste like red velvet. Now, their cookies blew my socks off and had my taste buds break dancing! The Caramel Coconut Pecan and Butter Crunch cookies are pure DELICIOUSNESS! Overall, good pricing and great desserts! Would Recommend giving them a try!
