Absolute WORST experience! If I could give it ZERO stars I would! I checked in and waited for 30 minutes!! Then decided -I'm going inside to get my suitcase -this is ridiculous! Keep in mind, there was one person that was there before me, still waiting. I go inside, and the guy doesn't even look at me! I say excuse me, is anyone working here? He says...huh? Doesn't even look at me still! I say again, is anyone working here? And STILL, without looking at me, says, oh yeah, he's working here- and goes back to jacking around- literally- just talking to somebody else-The other guy comes up, and I say...yes, I have a order that was supposed be taken to my car, and I've been waiting out there for 30 minutes. He didn't even apologize! Just said, what's the last name... and I told him, he went and got it, and I was like... is everything inside the suitcase... because it was three items, so I just want to be sure. He said, well you can look. Are you kidding me??!!! Absolute WORST customer service I've ever come across!! When I was in California, or anywhere else, I try and talk Wal-Mart up, because it has a bad reputation for being TRASH! But I order things from Walmart often and typically don't have a bad experience! BUT I will NEVER EVER come back to this Wal-Mart EVER again. And those employees need to be reprimanded and retrained! This is why people go to Target and pay more! Or anywhere else! It's this type of situation that gives Walmart a bad name. Target is so efficient with orders to your car! No one has been this horribly inefficient and just rude! Clearly poor management, poor staffing, and the WORST customer service Ive ever experienced. I will never be back.

do not order groceries from here, its been 5 days of bk & forth trying to have my food delivered. theres no driver available yet somehow its been delivered,is out for delivery or still at the store, they dont answer the phone nor does their driver respond.wish i could gice them zero stars, praying i get my groceries sone tine tonight

I will NOT come back here. What a pain. The cashiers.....how can I explain. I came here with my mom and 2 family members for shopping, we got what we needed, and we came to pay. The cashier had an attitude, and she seemed racist, and I was really frustrated. She was making me want to punch her so bad. She's a cashier, and she should NOT have an attitude, but sadly there are workers that have attitude. She THREW the hot sauce that I had there, and that's extremely rude--it could've broke. I never expected this at all, hopefully she'll get back on her senses. The store owner HAS to fire her, to save others from this disrespectful experience. Absolutely hate this place now.

Checked store hours online, says it will close at 11. Drove all the way from Brooklyn for a few returns, got there before 8. They tell me returns are closed. They send me to the money counter by the subways, one guy working there and 10 people in line. I don't believe the store has any management. How can a manager allow any of this to go on? Ill stick with my local target from now on. No thank you.

The parking lot is dangerous. Cars do not yield to pedestrians at all. It is near impossible to find a shopping cart. As soon as you walk in you will notice that it is crowded. I have never been to a Walmart where every single isle is packed with people. Most of the shelves were empty or cleaned out. I'm sure a lot of items get pocketed everyday. Kids run around like its a playground as parents do not care. It's almost as if they want their kids to get hurt so they can sue. It's disgusting. The lines for checkout were insanely long. My cashier was flirting with a food stamps baby daddy as he had a shopping cart that made you think he was running a juice bar. It was like watching a kid playing with legos as he struggled to put all his drinks on the cart. The line kept building up, at no point did the cashier help or at least advise him to hurry up. No common courtesy from either of them. Finally, the last bit of torture from this experience, came at the end, where as I was leaving two employees were trying to sell Spectrum cable to me. Could have used them at the cash register instead. Avoid at all costs. It's really ghetto, unsafe and crowded. Travel farther to other locations if you want a real Walmart experience.

This is the second time i ever been to walmart. I been to the one in long Island one time now this one.. But i was curious about where my online orders come from since i live in the city and there is no walmart here besides this one Let me start off by saying it isnt as bad as social media makes it seem.. but even though this walmart is big its still kinda crowded. They have to many customers to have the aisles blocked off with things they should have in a storage space. It is pretty clean but workers cant really be found. There is one gentleman that was able to help me but the rest of the people when i did find any didnt know anything and i thought that wasnt good. The security lady at front with the pink her was a big help. She seen i was disabled and helped me out The worse thing i seen so far is being hound by the men outside.. waiting on my ride they most have ask me ten times if i need or want a taxi & the fight that nearly broke out outside..

Almost every time I go here it's a problem that leads to an altercation verbally or potentially physical with other customers. For example, my last visit, I stood on line and some dumb Jamaican lady cut me off in front of an employee and said with conviction that she was first. The employee watched us argue and acted like he didn't see anything. From the moment I was on line, the employee was right next to me even before the stupid Jamaican witch even approached the line. I just left my cart, walked away then left the store. I refuse to deal with this type of mess all the time. Walmart, do better. Jamaican lady, I'm grateful you do not reside near me

l have nothing at all good to say..its chaotic, long lines, not enough workers to accommodate the long lines, managers are non chalfant and seem to not care that people are waiting for more than an hour...there is no hustle to even try to be accommodating.
