Itgen's has been my happy place since I was 8 years old. The homemade comfort food, the ice cream, the hot fudge, the hand made chocolates, the kitschy old-school decor, there is so much charm and flavor here, you really need to experience it for yourself.
Order a FLAT CAR - greatest dessert ever concocted: Warm house-made pound cake topped with two scoops of your ice cream preference, drizzled with house-made hot fudge and capped with house-made whipped cream.

Took my family to visit one of my mom’s favorite places as a remembrance on what would have been her birthday.
Found out it is owned by new owners who were super nice and friendly. The place itself looked cleaner than last time I visited (approx 10 years ago). It could still use some new decor, but the food and ice cream were amazing as always.
Going to make this an annual thing.

Everything taste so clean. I’m yet to try their other food, but the bacon egg and cheese that I get it every morning , evening or whenever I’m just feeling it . They don’t miss .
