Management changed and I am no longer going to be a customer. I ordered a DEATH BY CHOCOLATE ice cream sundae and they gave me a vanilla ice cream….. what??? She asked me “what flavor is that?” I cannot believe how you mess up such a classic. I even called and put in the notes extra things that were completely disregarded. Grace told me she cannot help me and hung up on me. Unprofessional.

I worked there in the 90s and have gone back many times with my family recently. There are new owners and the ice cream is as amazing as ever. The hot fudge cannot be beat! The place is a time warp (in a good way) Highly recommend the Java chip

I was not asked if I’m dining in or taking out. So I ordered at the counter thinking that I’d be getting it at the table(I sat once I ordered). I was given a take out :/

I ordered a hot fudge with 1 pistachio scoop and 1 vanilla scoop. I was told that they were out of vanilla(I heard the other waitress taking an order for vanilla). I was excited to have my ice cream. But to my surprise, it turns out to be the worst ice cream I ever tasted in my life. I usually don’t write a lot of reviews, but I felt like this has to be said! I NEVER waste my food, but I had to throw it out :/
