My friend's and I ordered food on Thursday night. We were excited to try a new local place. Overall we were not very satisfied with the service or our food. We ordered the chicken fettuccine alfredo but asked for fried chicken but didn't get any. I got chicken riggies which came with no chicken and the container was half full. For the price of the riggies I was very upset, the point of getting chicken riggies is to get chicken in them. We also were not told they were out of bread and butter for the meals until I called to explain the mistakes in our order. They told me a manager would call me, that never happened.

I thought an order of Chicken riggies would include some chicken ?

Did this place suddenly close down? Definitely the best pizza place in the Vernon/Oneida area IMO. Tried it, loved it and have tried to go back a handful of times since but hasn’t been open for over a week now?

Food was excellent large portions coffee and tea delicious desserts delicious Italian bread warmed delicious salads delicious very pretty inside Nick the gentleman that greeted us very nice. The food is very good, but their severs are not waring mask, not sure about cooks, but need to fallow guide lines.

Ordered a medium pizza early during the week, food was ready on time. Crust was edible. Sauce was bland and not good. The view into the kitchen was a bit distasteful and made me second guess cleanliness. I likely will not be back.

We ordered a supreme pizza this evening and it was excellent! Every topping was very fresh and authentic - pizza was cooked perfectly. We will be back for sure!!

Looks like my review falls in line with the rest. Placed an order online for a large pizza and 20 BBQ boneless wings. Pizza was pretty good, was sent 20 MEDIUM boneless wings- called the restaurant and they said that the online ordering service told them it was medium when he had even written BBQ on the ticket that came with the food. Instead of owning a mistake, it was lied about and I had to call the online ordering company to have it fixed. Boneless wings are tiny, mostly breading and not worth ordering. Won’t be back unfortunately.

We ordered online for pickup and received confirmation our order would be ready at 5:43. When we arrived to get our food at 5:45, not only was the order not ready, but everything was disorganized and they didn't even know what we ordered. After waiting 40 minutes for our food, we got home and the food was inedible. The dinners were overdone with anything that was fried dark brown to black, all the food was cold and we received a large meatball hero with only 2 meatballs on the whole sandwich. So disappointed!!! It was sad to have spent so much money, over $60 just to throw it all out and have cook something else to eat. We will not be return customers!
