The Hotel for the price u pay needs an update..its very out of date and u can hear every toilet flush around your room in the nite as well as early morning..would not recommend unless u like noise to sleep in
For almost $350 a night, I expected a little more. The TV was so small and the TV application/interface didn't even work. The screen kept getting scrabled and it wasn't worth fighting it. The hallway looked
This place is amazing and is always very clean. Food is fantastic and all staff are very helpful I have always had a wonderful time and highly recommend it to everyone . I usually go to Vegas but I drive from Canada to here and it is worth the 5 hr drive no more Vegas for me ,
It was ok, Hotel needs to explain better the services they offer to alleviate misunderstandings. Best thing in the hotel is the restaurants hands down. Rooms need to be updated and have both refrigerators and microwaves in them. Otherwise then that is was ok. They need to explain their policies to people staying more than one night so there's no confusion. Beds need to be updated, a little uncomfortable, starting to sag....
I had a bad experience. I do have to say it was my fault for paying in cash. I just didn’t think it would be that complicated. The girl who I found out later was new charged me for the 50.00 charge you would if you used a credit card. If I used a credit card the money would have been I didn’t catch it because I never got a receipt. When I realized I called and ask for the receipt. She put down that I paid a different amount 50.00 less. I went to the front desk to talk about it I got the assistant manager. You could tell that she had been informed and she had this look on her that she she was determined to shut me down. I get it I had no proof. She could of been polite. She keep saying you have cameras and she did it right. Ok so if I was wrong why did they not show me on the camera. I can except if I was wrong. 50.00 doesn’t sound like a lot but I am on a fixed budget so to me it is a lot. Also you give me a price on my hotel that is what I expect to pay. She was very rude she differently shouldn’t be working with the public. I did learn never pay in cash again and always make sure they give you a receipt. Also I called for room service never got it the coffee pot didn’t work they were suppose to send another but they never did. So not a good experience for me I would not recommend the hotel to any.
We were there for my nieces wedding. Had a fantastic time. Front desk was amazing. Housekeeping gave me an extra blanket promptly. Loved my breakfast at The Emerald or grabbed a fast bite at Opal. The bars were hoping and had so much fun at the casino. I would definitely return.
The Room was nice. Layout of the bathroom was odd. Sink very close to door. you almost hit the door as you are standing in front of the sink. No refrigerator in room. The Price was vey high at $385 for the night for a basic room with a King Bed.
I planned to stay for 3 nights as I was getting married nearby. I never received my contact-less check in information because my number was placed in the wrong spot when booking. At check-in my room number was read out-loud with other guests near me. The morning of our wedding we were startled awake at 6am with our phone on speakerphone and just a dial-tone. That night we were started awake again after the power went out and then kicked back on. This caused coffeemakers to beep, alarm clocks to turn on, etc. NOT pleasant, and then when we finally fell back asleep the banging started. I'm told it wasn't housekeeping but from 5am on there were doors slamming every 4-5 minutes. My husband woke up the morning after our wedding miserable so we packed up and left. We wanted to stay another night and relax, maybe go to the spa, get a nice meal but none of that happened because we couldn't trust it would be relaxing after everything already happening. Instead we packed up and drove home on almost no sleep. I also am sad that NO attempt was made to make us feel special as I mentioned it was our wedding weekend multiple times (and in reservation notes). I worked in hotels for over 10 years and I certainly wasn't expecting to be upgraded to a huge room but a chocolate on the pillow would have been nice or even a bottle of water. Overall it was the one dark spot on the weekend and caused a lot of frustration.
Very professional staff at check-in. Food and slots are great. The restaurants are Varied from sports book bar to buffet and all types of food. The entertainment is World class. There is golf available on 3 great courses.
best casino and friendliest helpful staff that i have seen in a long time anywhere The workers at emeralds are the best .the cleaning staff while at the machines were there constantly cleaning up garbage and ashtrays even if you were there a long time they would come by and say excuse me(in my book this was fantastic because nobody has manners anymore). I will never be able to say enough about the staff at emeralds restaurant especially sue and scott the waitress and waiter. They were exceptional and i can't wait to go back just to sit at there tables
