Overrated & overpriced.. sums it up! For a $80-100 steak, you get ONLY the steak! 😳 (All 4 of us were astonished! Not even a salad or soup, no potato or vegetable. Unbelievable. You had to buy a separate $22 side ..crazy!) .. I've ate at a lot of steak & seafood restaurants in many cities. I've never experienced this! .. So it was disappointing.😞 I really had looked forward to going there, booked for two months. The steak was very good. But I could recommend 8-10 other restaurants in the area for a much better FULL, valued meal!
Excellent service provided by Kirsten, who took great care of us. She always makes excellent recommendations regarding wine and food parings. The food choices along with preparation are outstanding. Lobster bisque, sea bass and bone in ribeye were all perfectly prepared and delicious. A must visit if you are dining at Turning Stone!

I was so excited to visit again. I booked 830 pm. We arrived early and enjoyed a drink at the bar. At 820 I received a text stating our table was ready. We closed our tab and headed to the host/hostess stand where we were greeted by two very blank stares. I gave our name and was told they would check on our table. Five minutes later we were told it was not ready as advised and that she ‘doesn't know why those texts go out.' She then told us to go back to the bar or sit in the lobby. Our seats were already taken at the bar so we stood there with our drinks. After 10 minutes we decided to just go back to the bar and I'm so happy we did. Erik and his fellow bartender were so kind, so accommodating, so welcoming. We ate dinner right there overlooking the beautiful view. The food was outstanding and the cocktails were even better. They were so attentive going as far to ask if I need another napkin when I dropped mine with a full and busy bar. It was an incredible meal. We visit 6 times a year and I'm always stunned by the indifference and lack of warmth at the host/hostess desk. The bar makes up for it. Try the Johnny Appleseed. Thank you Erik!
If you crave steak, this is the restaurant for you. Excellent selections of meat and tasty side dishes.

I ordered the Dry-Aged Delmonico, medium-rare, with a side of Mac-n-cheese, and the Gotham cocktail. I have never had a dry-aged steak before so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I am very familiar with good steaks. That said, I am glad that I tried the steak, but I would not order it again. It was cooked very well, but I thought the chef was a little heavy handed with the black pepper. The meat itself lacked flavor, best described as "meh." The macaroni and cheese was spectacular, but the portion size (approx. 4-6 ounces) was severely overpriced at $16 . While overpriced it was delicious. The best part of the meal was the cocktail. I won't waste your time with a description here, check out the website, but it the best part of my meal. Worth every penny and I enjoyed every drop! The staff, from beginning to end, were extremely professional, polite, and courteous. They were attentive without badgering, and clever and funny without being obnoxious. All in all, we had a great time.

The steaks were 10/10 along with the sides. Our wait staff was excellent from start to finish. Robin was beyond gracious and attentive without being intrusive. We could not have asked for a more enjoyable experience!

The bar staff completely ignored me, as they have done numerous times of the last year. After I peviously reported a dispute with them to their supervisors. This needs to be corrected. I brought another couple with us, to introduce them to the great dinning at TS, and they too commented on the poor bar service. Not a way to make an impression to a new guest! I have been a guest of Turning Stone since their opening. And have ate at all the restaurants and have had many great meal's. Last nights dinner at TS Steakhouse was exceptional! And dining room staff was great. Unfortunately, are before dinner drink, that should have been the start of a great evening! Was ruined and put dapper on what could have been a great experience.

Everything was great. From the minute we got off the elevator until we left we were treated like a King and Queen. The booth was perfect seating. Every person that came up to our table was friendly and informative. The food was so good that I forgot to take a picture of it. I had the filet rare and it was cooked perfectly and the crab cake was so delicious, I'd have to say the best I've ever had and that includes eating at David Burkes Steakhouse at Foxwoods. My husband had the NY Strip medium and he said it was perfect. He also had the shrimp cocktail and the shrimp were huge and really good. We split a baked potato because they are so big and it too was delicious. We didn't have room for dessert but the waitress did bring us a couple of caramels for a sweet treat after the meal. We enjoyed it very much and will be back. Next time I'll leave out the potato so I can get the crème brûlée. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

This will always be the place to come too if I'm in Verona, New York. Beautiful ambience with sound levels when one can carry a very quiet conversation with someone else. We enjoyed our entrées in the sides. The drinks were a decent size. Wait staff was amazing cordial. Probably not the best restaurants I've ever been to.
