Crappy location that always gets the order wrong, kiosks broken so you have to wait for the inept staff. After trying three different times to give this location another chance, we will be skipping it and going elsewhere.

I stopped there every morning on my way to work and twice I brought to the managers attention didn’t get espresso in my latte. She stared at me like a deer and headlights she could care less. My coworker found a long black hair in her large coffee, brought it to the district managers attention when he was there on a Thursday, he could care less. He stared at me as well. To corporate attention haven’t heard back from them So we were near the Dunkin’ Donuts and we choose not to go there anymore because they’re filthy. They’re rude and they don’t care about the customer experience.

Seemed like only 2 people were on duty. I am not a frequent coffee drinker. I get coffer for a friend and sometimes munchkins for his clients or contractors. So naturally I had a few questions about the frozen coffee drinks and your free beverage rewards. The person on the microphone didn't know about the app rewards or how they could be used. So I just paid for it. The girl who took my card at the window was VERY helpful though. My drink was very liquid not really frozen but still tasted good. I was expecting it to be more frozen. Tge weather had been unseasonably cold so it didn't melt waiting before I got it. Thank you to the girl at the window for adding the whipped cream!

Location was clean, convenient, but I really just wanted a breve...and the cashier was adamant that they could not do that. I was even explained just wanted like a latte but with half and half instead of milk, still no...unfortunate

I know it's not the restaurants fault, but I was sitting in my car on the phone about ready to leave and one of their 18 wheelers BLOCKED ME IN! Parked sideways about a foot from my back bumper! And they were just gonna start unloading! I had to go out and tell the driver to move the truck and he gave me an attitude like I was inconveniencing him. My car was running and it was cold enough to clearly see the exhaust. This wasn't an accident, it was a choice. Thats a level of rude that I've rarely experienced.

Originally a customer of the Oneida location. When the service and quality began to fail in Oneida, my family and I chose to try the Willow Place location in Verona. We've been visiting this location for several months now. The crew is amazing. The quality of the coffee is almost always perfect and exactly what was ordered. Somehow even the donuts are better. A huge shout out to Kendall who always recognizes myself and my partner at the drive through speaker and is always anticipating our wants/needs. All of the crew members are very charismatic and very friendly.
