I prefer Dunkin Lattes over Starbucks Altho Starbucks Customer Service, even on the busiest of days, appears LATELY to BEST Dunkins woefully inadequate rush hour flow for BASIC SERVICE.. at specific locations.. the worst is Oneida, NY, for being understaffed and overworked.

Absolutely the worst Dunkin I have ever been too! Every single employee was rude!! Girl taking the order got just about everything wrong and when told she could keep the change for the tip she threw it into the cup. Everyone behind the counter total ignored you and when asked for the right drink got nothing but attitude.
Terrible CUSTOMER. SERVICE!!!! Employees don’t read orders, send customers away without all items in order! WHERE IS THE MANAGER??? If you can’t provide a product block it out online and do your job!!!!
