Seemed like only 2 people were on duty. I am not a frequent coffee drinker. I get coffer for a friend and sometimes munchkins for his clients or contractors. So naturally I had a few questions about the frozen coffee drinks and your free beverage rewards. The person on the microphone didn't know about the app rewards or how they could be used. Originally a customer of the Oneida location. When the service and quality began to fail in Oneida, my family and I chose to try the Willow Place location in Verona. We've been visiting this location for several months now. The crew is amazing. The quality of the coffee is almost always perfect and exactly what was ordered. Somehow even the donuts are better.
