On November 10th at 9:49 AM, the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 40 years on this planet. The woman working the drive thru window was mean, rude, dismissive, and gave attitude. She took the wrong drink order. Told her “hot” lattes several times and had iced ones waiting for us and blamed me for not correcting her.

So I go to this dunkin every morning to work. Never had an issue until now. So this morning I went to dunkin with a buddy of mine. We both were gonna pay off our cards. So basically had to make 2 separate orders. As I get up to the order box and tell them I have to make 2 separate orders they tell me they can’t do that thru the drive thru and have to come inside. I ended up making just the one order outta the two. When I got up to the window, One of the ladies tells me that they can’t do that through the drive-through and if somebody was doing it there that they’re not supposed to I told the lady I have never heard that at all my whole life. I’ve made two separate orders at other Dunkin’s and other fast food restaurants in the past. Also the other people that were there working were giving me dirty looks as well.. also It wasn’t like they were busy with other cars in the drive thru there wasn’t any. So basically, yeah, the lady basically told me that I would have to go through the drive-through again to make my other order which I did not do. I ended up going down the road to the other Dunkin. To grab my other order when I got to the second Dunkin, I asked the worker there if they can do two separate orders through the drive-through and they told me yes absolutely and they were about ready to take down another order and I had to tell them no, I just had a question because of what I dealt with with the first Dunkin. The second. Dunkin told me that they lied to me and they’re just being lazy so I will not be going to this first Dunkin for quite some time now. In the end, you signed up for that job either do your job right or go find a different job that’s that plain and simple. I don’t like some stuff I have to do at work, but I do it anyways because that’s my job. FYI just saying
Worst experience. Would give 0 stars if I could. Woman taking orders threw stuff on the floor at least 2 times, put her finger in the whipped cream of someone else's drink, and took over 15 minutes to get 3 food items. They took everyone's drink orders but food took an extremely long time. There was no line either. 20 orders+ later and we pretty much got our food thrown at us. They were so rude. Never again.

I go to a lot of different dunkin and this is one of my least favorites by far. Staff is borderline rude. Always out of things. Can only order through drivethru for most of the evening. Just never a good experience here.
