I ordered off DoorDash They were out of something instead they replaced it with something else without telling the dasher , when that happens they supposed to tell the dasher and the dasher will contact me for a refund or something I’d want. Instead they give me something I don’t want. Gross

I'll update this if someone replies and the problem gets resolved. Out of all Dunkin locations, this one in particular serves cold sandwiches. Cheese is barely melted, cold in the center... I don't know what they're doing.. but everyone else does it better. I'm also tired of getting hot chocolate that tastes like hot water.

Don't go inside to place your order you will be waiting for a long time. They take all drive thru orders first. For every 7 cars then exactly one inside order even thro 6 people were inside waiting

Let’s be honest—people use the drive-thru for convenience. Unfortunately, the person who took our order made us feel like we were an inconvenience to their day, showing a poor attitude from the start. In the service industry, basic courtesy goes a long way, and being rude to guests while they are placing an order is unacceptable.

It’s also important to remember that when cars have multiple people, orders are often placed by person so items don’t get mixed up. Barking at customers to “give the whole food order at once” while they are still actively ordering is not appropriate. A little patience and professionalism would make the experience so much better.

I went there on my lunch break, they spilled my coffee (mistakes happen) but there was ZERO professionalism. she was swearing out loud and the manager was telling her to remake it rudely. Then a guy remade my coffee and gave it to me. It felt empty, so I took the lid off and it was half empty. So I asked if they can add more to it because it wasn't filled and they gave me attitude for a drink that I PAID FOR!! THEN they handed me my bag with my coffee stains all over it from the coffee that spilled, So I had to wipe it off with a napkin and went on with my day. Smh

$5.00 for my drink and wasn't very hot, had to ask for whip cream. He actually asked me if it was included. Yes, it comes with it.
