We have been to Emeralds several times and our last visit was our very favorite. Why, you ask? Truffle fries. OMG. Last time I had these was in Atlantic City and I’m here to tell you, the Emeralds version hit every mark! Thin and crispy, fresh, perfect amount of grated parm, and the truffle oil was sooooo savory and delicious. I don’t know what kind of secret voodoo sauce came on the side but for a dish that didn’t need anything added, it paired beautifully. So one bite with, one bite without, and so on. Please please please keep these on the menu. Add them to turning stone rewards as their own voucher, lmao. I’ll take the all-you-can-eat truffle fries coupon! Delicious.

Everyone was happy with there meals. My grandson ordered the Breakfast Burito, it was huge. I had the open Hot Turkey sand which, and I don’t know how they make their gravy, but it was the very best gravy I have ever had

Went to Emerald Wednesday, August 20th and my husband ordered the Signature Burger. Hats off to Chef Matt!! That sandwich was worth every penny!! Keep up the great work Matt and we plan on coming back!!
We stopped for a meal while gambling at Turning Stone Casino. I got the turkey dinner, with mashed potatoes, rolls, stuffing and green beans. It was good and quite plentiful. The side salad and green beans were average, but the rest was quite tasty. My wife got the tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwich, and she liked it very much. Our server was Lisa and she did a nice job.

Had two meals, breakfast and late lunch here in the same day. Tammy is the best waitress….efficient and personable. The coffee was hot and good. Pitcher put on the table. Breakfast was a vegetable omelette for one of us with cheddar added. The omelette was fluffy and loaded with veggies. Home fries were subbed for cottage cheese. It was great. Companion had the lox and bagel that also had for lunch. Decent everything bagel, good portion of Nova lox, strips of English cucumber, tomato slices that looked to be heirloom, and pickled onions. Served on a cutting board rather than a plate. Really really good. For lunch companion had a Cobb salad prepared as requested, a good size and fresh. Last person had bacon eggs and toast. Needed to be remade as the eggs were undercooked and the bacon overcooked! Replaced quickly and satisfactory. Manager came over to discuss and apologize. A footnote-they are using robots to deliver food to the table and to remove bus boxes full of dishes. They get mixed reviews from the staff but bring a smile. It’s good to have such a good place open all of the time!

My family and I had lunch at the Emerald after visiting the gingerbread house display. We waited fifteen minutes to be seated even though we were only third in line. There were guests seated but it wasn’t busy, and many of them were finishing their meal. Once we were seated, we received satisfactory service and the waitress was attentive. The food was okay but it was definitely not worth the cost. We do not plan to eat there again.
