I think the emerald is a pleasant place to I dine. The waitresses are always nice, the food is good and reallyihave no complaints.

John, exceeded our expectations! His assisted information on meal choices and availability to help in selection was outstanding. Meals we're correct and delivery was hot and ample portions. His followup checks were appreciated and not overwhelming. His conversation , was welcomed . Lastly. If we come back we hope he will be on-shift and can wait on us again. We're glad we bypassed the highly overrated buffet. John made it most enjoyable, relaxing and comfortable vs. Cafeteria atmosphere. Thank you John. The 2 hour drive for dinner was worth it.

Oh my God I've been sitting in this 1/4 full restaurant for 30 minutes, what is the problem.? You charge so much money do you think you could afford to hire some people to wait on your customers.. $30 for breakfast steak? LoL everyone is rude Sue ignored me till I was done eating didn't ask how it was The best part , microwave toast COLD

We ate at Emerald four times during our two-night stay—breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Every visit, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The food was exceptional each time, and the prices were fair. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Turning Stone Resort Casino.

I enjoy coming here. Service is always good. But I rated it 3 stars because it says open 24/7. My flight came in late. Was gonna stop and eat. Completely closed. I wanted hot food. Ate at the gas station.
