This was the nicest Asian restaurant that is dying breed. The ambiance was beautiful - nothing trendy -- but an elegant experience with the rich dark wood and blue and white ceramic accents, gold touches here and there. The food was amazing! Very fresh -- I had the Gen'l Tsos tofu and it was delicious - not greasy like a take out place. Waitress Tess was amazing. She remembered my preferences even though we had not been back to Peach Blossom in quite awhile. She was very attentive and was quick to act if we asked for anything.
