Waiter (Josh) was inconsistent; knowledgeable but cleared 2 salad plates, left 1 until asked to remove. Then, cleared 2 dinner plates while 3rd party still eating. My daughters ordered 2-$60 filets for their birthdays. One served medium, other medium-well. He took a picture. No comps. Served 2 birthday desserts; did not offer dessert to 3rd guest. Pretty disappointing for a higher end expensive restaurant, last visit for our family!

We go to dinner at Pino every Saturday night and this Saturday was disappointing for both of us. We returned the filet mignon - it was tough and stringy. I didn't return my dinner but I should have. It was the special and was served cold.

Great food and service. Last time I was in things didn't go very well. This time the service was top notch. Very attentive and helpful from the time we arrived to the time we walked out. Thank you thank you thank you.

The food is so good. Some of the best Italian food i ever ate. Portions sizes are very good. Nice place. The manager was great. Nice man that wanted to be sure we were comfortable. The waitress we had wasn't so great but the other people there were very nice. I suggest you come through the front door by opals. I thought the side door was the main entrance but no one seemed to notice. Other than the waitress everything was wonderful. Been there before and I will definitely go again.

Love this place, been there any time I am in the area and they never disappoint. Great wait staff and Chefs. Wide variety of great Italian dishes and we have tried many of them. Trust me it is difficult to pick one as best.

The two of us had veal and chicken parmigiana. The option is very good. The red sauce was a little strong on the paste side. Meaning the tomato paste taste dominates the flavor. Other than that, it was all good.

We had a lovely dinner. Jessica was our server, and she was very attentive and friendly. We had a reasonably priced bottle of chianti ($50) and we each had the burrata ravioli - the best we have ever had! The ciabatta bread was warm and fresh and was a perfect accompaniment to the meal. Sorry I didn't take a picture; the meal was as pleasant to the eye as it was to the palate. Can't wait for our next visit!

Our server "Jade" went out of her way to accommodate us all evening long. Food was best Italian I have ever had. {Sorry Mom} Was busy, but service was fast and efficient, If you have a chance add this restaurant to your list.

The service here is normally top notch. This time it was subpar. It was 20 minutes before we were acknowledged by our server. Instead of an apology we got excuses. A simple spy for waiting so long would've been all that was needed. The food is normally better quality. Must've had an off night. I will be back again and still highly recommend.

This is our favorite restaurant. We live in Virginia and generally get up here once a year in the fall. This trip we came up for the eclipse. We are campers and appreciate the very nice campground in the villages. Back to the restaurant. Chefs are expert and deliver a delicious northern italian cuisine. The servers are professional and attentive. And everyone is just nice. We recommend Pino at Turning Stone 100%.

Outstanding service and food was exceptional. We were a table of 5 and had a variety of dishes from the menu. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. Service was attentive and courteous. Wine list was excellent. Definitely our favorite restaurant.

Had reservations and didn't wait more than 3 minutes to get seated. That's where it ended - after 15 minutes without anyone approaching us the hostess noticed and called over the manager who went and got us water. Then a waitress appeared and took our drink and food order. The drinks came 10 minutes later along with some bread. Our app was delivered by someone else. Then our dinners awhile later-brought by the manager. The waitress had a chat with him complaining about the hostess within earshot of our table. Now the food was as good as ever (this was our third time), but the service was well below our other visits- once was even at the same table with the same waitress. Disappointed says it best.

Filet mignon was excellent as always. My bf got the special which was lobster ravioli and he was not happy. He said it looked like the ravioli was out of a can and tasted funny. He usually gets chicken marsala and loves that every time. He was very disappointed with this choice.

We were hoping to go to Emerald but the line was so long and I tested my luck at Pino Bianco. Manager James was able to squeeze us in last minute so we could have an Easter dinner. What a saint! They pulled the tables out and made it very easy for my mom in her wheelchair to be able to sit. It was our first time there, and sat near the kitchen, to which we (my parents) got to sample a chef special! I was so surprised and pleased at the vegan options and got ravioli and broccolini. My parents got chicken riggies, Utica greens, and soup and couldn’t stop raving about it. So good! Can’t wait to go back and try out the drinks. 10/10!
